1. Fill out the form(s) accurately, and be as specific as possible on what you would like.

2. No shop hopping!

3. Please be patient. Your order will be completed within 7 days or less (I will let you know if there is a delay).

4. Your book must be published with at least two chapters (author's notes, prologues, etc. do NOT count).

5. You must use the graphic (Cover/Banner) for at least two weeks, give credit somewhere in your book, and do NOT remove my watermarks or claim my graphics as your own. (icons don't have to be used at all if you don't like it)

6. I accept any small changes (text, colors, etc.) but only ONE complete redo.

7. I have the right to reject your graphic request. (I will only do this if I lack the skills to create the graphic).

8. I do NOT accept Fanfiction, K-pop, Anime, or Vector-type graphics! And nothing explicit.

9. I am most likely to accept Fantasy, Romance, or Science Fiction genres.

10. Do NOT complete your chosen payments until AFTER your form is accepted.
