Ancient Tale of the Sea

Under the ledge where they sat, they could see
Rocks tumbling past into the ancient sea,
A timeless dance of earth and liquid blue,
Where tales of eons whispered, old and true.

The waves, like bards, recite their ancient lore,
Each crest a verse, each crash a thundered roar,
And in the depths, a secret world does gleam,
Where creatures drift in moonlight's ghostly beam.

Above, the stars, in silent chorus sing,
Their distant lights a cosmic offering,
To witness nature's ceaseless, wondrous play,
A spectacle that spans both night and day.

Beneath this shelter, nature's tale is spun,
A saga vast, where time and tide are one.
