We were in the elevator and he was infront of me , I wanted to shower the questions on him which were in mind but I didn't
There was a silence all the way in the elevator While we sat in the car he became so professional and told me about the meeting
He didn't wanted to talk anything about what he said to me in the cabin
Soon we were in the meeting hall and it was so huge , My heartbeats would just get faster and faster at every step
We were passing the bunch of people by greeting them
"He's Xavier with whom were gonna have meeting so behave properly" he whispered in my ears and I gave him a wierd look
"Good evening Alex" the person greeted him and he said "good Evening"
Then he looked towards me and said "uhm she's my partner buisness partner" I looked at him with big eyes
"Pleasure mam" Xavier said keeping his hand infront of me "Pleasure, I'm Jenna" I shaked hand with him and then passed a smile .
"Okay in 15 minutes we'll start our meeting" Alex nodded and we left from there
"Why did you lie ?" I asked "What?"
"I'm just you're assistant Alex ? Why did you say that I'm you're partner?"
But he didn't answer "What's wrong with you I don't understand any of this , I just wanted a normal job but this is so exhausting, okay I'm done I'm gonna quit this job or whatever this is after this meeting "
He came closer with every word I said and then he kept his finger on my lips "Shh !! Don't worry darling it will be okay soon"
My heart was racing He went away from me and I said
"Huh what do you mean ?" He turned around
"Just wait for few days , I want you to meet someone he's out of city but he'll be back soon until then you're my assistant and in public you're my partner"
"Who's he ?" I said in a annoying voice He looked at me and then smirked
"How am I going to spend a whole life with you " he said And I just went shut at that moment because I didn't knew what he just said
Soon the meeting started and he presented so well infront of them , i was impressed too
After the meeting the people appreciated him and then I know why he's the most huge and successful man in the world
He was a little happy because he got the other deal and then informed the company about it to start working on it
He has a lot of knowledge about designs and architecture and everything
Soon after the meeting when I was writting down the notes of the meeting and he was having his hot chocolate
"You were so good in the meeting" "I know that" he said looking at his phone
I rolled my eyes He noticed me doing it
He came near me and leaned on the table looking what he told me to write That looked so hot , he kept looking at me
"What?" He shook his head and said and then touched my hand saying "you're doing it wrong!!"
