Rook: Trickster? Where are you Trickster? *Rook was wandering all over the cabin, trying to find the listener but they were nowhere in sight. Having him worry a little*
Rook: Where could they be? I looked everywhere and I can't them. *Rook peered over to see the door cracked opened, the wind blowing it back and forth* *Rook ran out of the cabin, frantically running around the place to see any signs of the listener. But unfortunately, they were nowhere to be seen* Shit! There not outside either?! *Rook was about to panic but he stopped himself from doing that. He takes a deep breath, trying to keep his composure*
Rook: Breathe Rook....going into a panic isn't going to get anywhere. The first thing I need to do is think. Think of where they could be. *Rook looked to see some logs on the ground* Aha, they did go outside. They went to get wood for the fireplace. *He looks down at the ground and voila, footprints*
Rook: Foot prints, and they're leading to the woods. Oh you poor Trickster, you must be lost in the wilderness. Then there is no time to chat, I must find Trickster. *Rook went back inside to grab his bow and arrow and stormed out into the woods*
Rook: Trickster!! Trickster!! *Rook yelled out but there was no response. He knew that the listener went deeper into the woods* They have no reason to be in the woods. I already have the necessities. It's not because I don't trust them, I didn't want what's happening right now. I want them to feel safe so we wouldn't be in this mess. *Rook kept running, still calling out to the listener*
Rook: *As Rook stopped running to catch his breath, he could feel a raindrop* Just as I thought, looks like it's about to rain. Now poor Trickster will be cold and soaked. I hope they find a cave or something. Otherwise, they'll freeze to death.
*Minutes goes by, more like an hour of trucking in the wilderness. The search hasn't end until Rook stopped to see a large Transylvanian style castle.*
Rook: Am I dreaming or is this a...castle? My what beauty! I've never thought I would see a castle in the middle of opened woods! *Rook smiled widely and walked up to a set of double doors. He knocks on the door* Excuse me, is anyone home? Or should I say, does anyone live here?
Rook: *Rook pulled on one of the doors. Strangely, it was unlocked. He shrugged it off and goes inside, shutting the doors from behind* My my! For being abandoned it's in good shape! *Rook beamed*
*A strange humming was heard from the distance*
Rook: Oui oui, so someone does live here. But where is that beautiful humming coming from? *Rook follows where the humming is coming from by walking down a hallway hearing the humming getting closer and closer. He notice a light coming from what it looks like a bedroom*
Rook: *Rook peeked in the bedroom to see a pair of legs swinging from the edge of the bed. As stated before, someone does live here*
Vil: Well well well, I wasn't expecting a guest. *Vil smirked, peering over at the hunter* Let me guess, you go caught up in a rainstorm so you needed to find shelter. Is that it? *He asked*
Rook: *Rook didn't say anything but blush when he came face to face with Vil*
Vil: Are you gonna say something or are you gonna stand there motionless like a statue? *Vil laid on his stomach and swing his legs while gazing up lovingly at the flustered huntsman*
Rook: W-Well, that's not the reason why I'm here. I'm here because I'm looking for Trickster.
Vil: Trickster? And who might that be?
Rook: The person I saved. They were lost in the woods without any nourishment or shelter. Only the clothes they had on and a thin blanket. They were freezing to death. Say, is Trickster here? I figured they would bunker down for warmth.
Vil: Mmm...Nope.
Rook: Oh that's wonderful- wait what?
Vil: Yeah, no. They're not here.
Rook: Are you sure? Maybe you're not aware that you have a person meandering around the place.
Vil: I don't know what you're talking about. I have not seen "Trickster" anywhere. *Vil got up and grabbed Rook by the throat, and pinned him against the wall*
Rook: *Rook's eyes widen and gagged as Vil got a hold of his throat. Choking him a little.
Vil: By the way if you're thinking about leaving this place, you're wrong. Do you know who you're face to face with?
Rook: ......
Vil: You're face to face with a vampire like myself. And if you think for a moment you'll leave this place, you're wrong. You trespassed "my"property. Not only that but you entered inside "my" property. Every action comes with consequences and the consequence is you're gonna be my little snack. Maybe if I change my mind, I'll have you as my little pet.
*The thought of it made Rook excited, which made Vil show a devilish smirk. Vil noticed Rook's bow and arrow.
Vil: Say, you're not planning on killing me with this are you? *Vil grabbed one of Rook's arrows*
Rook: Non! I got it to protect myself from the woods.
Vil: *Vil grab a hold of Rook's mouth and pinned his head against the wall*
Rook: *His eyes widen and slowly closes them when he smelled the sweet aroma from Vil's hand*
Vil: Look at me.
Rook: *Rook gazed at Vil. His eyes were getting heavy when staring into Vil's violet eyes*
Vil: That's a good boy, you can learn how to behave. *Vil's eyes changed from a violet color to glowing pinkish red* I don't think we'll have an issue. I change my mind having you as my midnight meal. You look more of a pet than a snack. You'll oblige me won't you? Really, it'll be a lot of fun. Don't you want that? Don't you want to be a pet that will worship and obey me. *He said in a dark tone*
Rook: Wh-What about Trickster?
Vil: Still thinking about that human huh? I already told you, they're not here.
Vil: Or are they? *Vil mumbled and chuckled*
Rook: Wh-What did...you say?
Vil: Mm? Nothing. I said nothing. *Vil leaned close to Rook's ear and placed a kiss against the hunter's ear. Feeling him jolt from the soft kiss*
Rook: M-Mm~! What are...you d-doing?
Vil: Giving you physical attention silly~
Rook: B-By the way wh-what's your name?
Vil: Oh! Pardon my manners. I should've introduce myself from the very beginning. My name is Vil, Vil the vampire. And I will attract any prey in the palm of my hand. *Vil slowly runs Rook's arrow down his chest*
Rook: *Rook could feel his face and body heating up from Vil's physical attention.*
Vil: I love your reactions, they're adorable. *Vil smirked* Now let's get you changed, you must be really uncomfortable in those wet soggy clothes. Come along now, my little devil~
