Tejasswi’s pov
He might not confess it.. but love and concern is clearly visible in his eyes..
“Karan i know.. i know tum kitne tensed the.. aur main gussa ya naraz nhi thi.. vij din.. dono ke emotionally disturbing tha.. aur phir jb main ghr phunchi.. toh.. mr.. Aggarwal pehle hi vhn rhe.. I don’t know kaise unhe vhn ka address mila aur voh andar gye.. unki vjh se mera phone toot gya.. aur main kisi ko msg bhi ni kr pai..” i said and he clenched his jaw.
“By the way.. ab bataoge.. mr mehra kaun hai.. aur tumhe itna trigger aur manipulate kyu krte hain..” i said and he looked away
“Papa ke best friend..” he said and i nodded..
“he was.. like a father figure to me.. main mostly apna time unke saath rehta tha.. unse sab share krta tha.. jo nhi bhi krna hota tha voh bhi.. in the end.. we got to know.. it was all his plan.. papa ke paison ke liye.. and he used me.. he backstabbed us.. he broke me.. and my trust.. he was so hell bent on ruining us.. that.. papa went into coma for three months..” this shocked me completely
“main apni family ke alawa kisi ke close ni tha kbhi.. unse humesha closed off tha.. but kbhi itna rude ni tha jitna ab hun..” he said and i shook my head and cupped his face..
“saare relatives mujhe blame krte the.. ki papa ki condition.. aur company ke losses ka zimmedaar main hun.. eventually main bhi yeh maan ne lg gya.. rishabh manav aur sanket ne milke mujhe us darkness se bahar nikaala.. but tb Karan i had become cold.. un teeno ne milke.. mehra ka accident plan kiya and just as they wanted we got a news that he died.. but he wasn’t dead.. isliye us din itna sudden panick mein aa gya tha main..” he finished and i sighed and hugged him tightly and caressed his hair
"It wasn’t you fault karan.. and tum bilkul bhi bure nhi ho.. itne khadoos boss bhi ni ho jitne bnte ho..” i said and he nodded
“To you.. i m not..” he chuckled and i smiled
“Btw.. mehra ne kuch aur toh ni kiya na..” i asked and he shrugged
“Chup ni baithta voh.. but abhi shaant hai.. which is good for us.. but is baar voh zinda nhi bchega..” he said to which i nodded
Karan’s pov
It was morning when the bell rang.. i tried moving but I couldn’t.. Tejasswi’s head was on my hand and i kept lying there.. the bell rang again and i groaned.. i got up without disturbing her and opened the main door and mom barged in shoving me away.. unnati manav rishabh and sanket entered behind her
“Seriously guys ? You all told mom ?” I said and they smiled sheepishly.. we all went in where Tejasswi was in mom’s embrace.. everyone sat on the bed while i leaned against the wall sighing..
“Aunty main thik hun..” Tejasswi said again..
“Maa bulane ki aadat daal lo..” mom scolded her
“Accha thik hai.. maa.. main bilkul thik hun.. sacchi mujhe khin bhi pain nhi hai..” she said and they all looked at me..
“Nahin uthne diya yr bed se.. mt kro chinta..” i said and they nodded
“Karan.. tum log Kundrra mansion mein hi ruk jao na..” mom said and i looked at her.. she shrugged
“Mom we are fine.. she is fine.. and i will take of her..” i said and she sighed..
“Karan.. Tejasswi.. beta.. main chahti hun.. ki tum dono.. atleast sagai kr lo.. i know live in culture hai.. but yeh teri assistant bhi hai.. and office wale aur baaki log Tejasswi ko hi galat samjhenge.. atleast thode attitude mein jawab toh de skta hai na ki teri hone wali biwi hai.. toh shaadi tb kr lena jb comfortable ho.. but sagai toh abhi kr lo..” she said and i looked at Tejasswi who blinked her eyes in affirmation..
“Okay maa.. we are ready..” i said and everyone squealed in happiness
“but.. mujhe koi tam jhaam nhi chahiye.. it should be just us..” i said and Tejasswi nodded and everyone sighed
“Fine..” everyone said at the same time.. mom got up to leave and held my hand and dragged me out of the room..
“Karan.. i won’t spare you agar tune Tejasswi ke step dad ko jaan se nhi maara toh.. meri bacchi ki kya haalat kr di hai us insaan ne..” she said and i nodded
“Don’t worry maa..I’ll handle him.. but sagai ke baad.. okay ?” I said and she nodded
“Main bhut khush hun ki tujhe Tejasswi jsi biwi milne wali hai..” mom said and i smiled
“I am.. i am very lucky..” i said and smiled
