When Stewie woke up, his head was throbbing. It was still dark outside and as he looked at the little clock on the table, it read 4:52am. Stewie crawled his way to the kitchen to look in the oven door at his reflection and all he could do was stare. He had a black eye, busted lip, cuts in his forehead and cheeks, a gash on the right side of his head from when he hit the wall the first time and blood was steadily dripping from every part of his face. His ribs were aching from the kicks and as he lifted his top, sure enough, his stomach was littered with bruises. After he finished checking himself over, he decided enough was enough. He shouldn't have to live in a house where his parents don't live or care for him. As fast and as quiet as he could, he made his way back upstairs and into his room. He got his little blue backpack and started putting clothes in it as well as some money, a pad of paper and crayons, and some other things he may need. As he was doing this, he heard a little whining noise. Stewie slowly turned his head around to see Brian sound asleep on the floor. He smiled softly as he forgot that Brian tends to sleep in his room to keep an eye on him. He didn't want to leave him but he also didn't want to drag Brian with him when he had no idea where he was going himself. But he couldn't leave without saying goodbye and what better way to do that then to write a letter. It took him 5 minutes to make sure he had wrote everything he wanted to say, then he left the letter in front of Brian where he would see it when he woke up. Stewie then put his bag on his back, help Rupert in his arms and left through his bedroom door, down the stairs and out through the front door that his parents never bothered to lock. As he closed the front door, he looked around and thought to himself,
'it's time for a new start'
and with that, he was off.
