I've calmed down a lot since yestaday. But don't get it twisted. I'm still pissed. Wait til I see dat bitch. I ain't gon' say shit. Imma just hit her. But anyways! Ta'day Aug and I are lookin' at houses. We juss na gettin' ta tha first house of tha day. And hopefully tha last cuz I love tha outside of tha house lol. When we walk in, Kim, tha realtor, comes around tha corner smiling

Kim: "Hey"

Me/August: "Hey"

Kim: "You ready to start?"

We nod and she nods

Kim: "Okay. I chose this house because it has Alsina written all over it. I know how much you love foyers and I knew you would love this (MM)"

Me: "And you're right. I do love it"

August: "Yea. Dis is dope as fuck"

Kim: "*laughs* Glad you think so. It's dark so it's very soothing. So when you come in from work, it's like an automatic relaxed feeling. It's a double arched stairs descending down the round foyer creating a two-story entrance way. Floor is grey tile. Foyer leads up a landing into the Dining Room. Now if you follow me this way, it leads right into the kitchen"

August: "Hell yea! My kinda area"

Kim: "*giggles* As you can see it has a more brighter, lighter feel to it. Wood cabinets, black marble top island. Marble top counters. A ceiling fan. Very spacious..."

Me: "I love it. Especially tha counters. I'm lovin' tha house already"

August: "Right. All it took fa me was tha kitchen"

Me: "*laughs* Hungry ass"

August: "I really am. Yo pasta sounds good right na"

I laugh and we follow Kim upstairs and walk in a room

Kim: "This is the master bedroom. Grey carpet. White walls. Flat screen on the wall. An all crystal ball chandelier hanging from the ceiling. And the windows are ceiling to floor length. And the curtains are controllable with this remote"

Me: "Exactly. What all does dat remote control?"

Kim: "Curtains, the dimming of the light, radio, and the air. And the remote for the television is right here next to it in this drawer"

August: "Na...you know me. Tha room itself?"

Kim: "Sound proof. At first, it wasn't. But I had them put sound proof walls just in case someone who's looking for a house want it sound proof"

August: "Boo. Yah"

Me: "Oh my God" I said wit my hand ova my face "Bathroom please?"

She laughs and Aug winks at me and I smile. We walk in tha bathroom and dis juss made it official

Me: "Ooo!"

Kim: "Right. Obviously...this is the master bathroom. All white tub. Glass door shower right there. Ceiling to floor, wall to wall window. White marble floor. Two sinks. Wall to wall mirror. All black shelf. And there's a small hall right here that leads to the toilet and closet"

Me: "Is there a guest house?"

Kim: "Mmhmm. It's in the back past the pool"

She shows us tha rest of tha house and I want it

August: "How much?"

Kim: "350 thousand. But just for you two, I'll half that price"

August: "MeMe?"
