At Beacon Hills Memorial Hospital, Melissa McCall, a nurse saw a familiar face on a gurney, it was Isaac. "Hey, wait! Wait a minute! I know this one." Melissa approach the injured teen. "What happened, Isaac?"
"The girl, all right? She's worse, okay?" Isaac said.
"Are you not healing?" Melissa asked whispering and frowning.
"I will. Will you just-will you just help her, please?" Isaac said softly.
"Okay." Melissa then looks at the paramedic who led Isaac in. "Can you take him?"
"We gotta move him, Melissa." The paramedic said to the female nurse.
"All right, take him." Melissa said but Isaac gently held her wrist. "Please don't tell Fleur I was here." Melissa was confused because the girl would take Isaac to the hospital if he had an injury.

James parked the car at the high school with Fleur in the passenger seat but she looked down at her lap. "I'm sure Isaac is safe out there. But remember to never lose hope about it." James told his daughter.
"I know, I always held onto hope when it comes with Isaac coming home." Fleur said and James gave her some missing posters for her. "Thank you." Fleur said and kissed her dad on his cheek and got out of the car, also grabbing her bag. "Bye dad, I love you."
"I love you sweetie." James yelled out from the car. Fleur had her bag on her back and she had papers in her hand, not noticing that a boy with an uneven jaw was looking at her. Fleur entered the school, feeling anxious that she was alone with no friends by her side as all were missing.
Moments later in the hallway of the school, Scott McCall met up with his best friend, Stiles Stilinski. "You wanna ask Derek for help? Why? Why?" Stiles asked exasperated.
"He's got the triskele tattooed on his back, so, there has to be a way to do it without healing, right?" Scott points out.
"Okay, yeah, but still-- doesn't he have his hands a little full right now?" Stiles asks as he points to two missing person posters featuring Erica and Boyd pinned to the bulletin board. But Fleur walked up to the bulletin board and puts a missing poster of Isaac on the bard. "Hey Fleur." Stiles smiled at the blonde teen.
