Greece could feel the wind on their back, watching silently as the Greek and Roman demigods finally met each other. He could feel the hate radiating off both sides, Greece was well used to that feeling now. They'd been watching the fight, knowing fully well that revealing themself would be less than favourable.

In truth, Greece didn't know what possessed him to go to America a few days prior. But now, seeing the Greek demigods fighting against the Romans, they just knew the fates were the ones that sent him here. No god was aware of the countryhuman population, but the fates most certainly were. They frowned seeing a tall statue coming up far away, it was too far for them to see but Greece knew it was big. The golden helmet coming up the back of the hill gave Greece hope. 'The Athena Partethose?' No, the Roman Empire stole it years ago. It was something that Greece never forgave Rome's father for, but, was Rome the one who brought it back?

"salve Graecia." Greece knew that accent all too well, and no one dared call him "Graecia" other than.

"Ῥώμη?/Rome?" It slipped out of his mouth faster than they could plan out what they were going to say. Greece turned to face the Capital. "What-" They watched as Rome bit his lip.

"Me paenitet/I'm sorry on my father's behalf. I found your statue not long ago and led the demigods there so they could retrieve it. I hope you can forgive me?" Rome was rambling but he stared at Greece with such guilt it caused Greece to turn around. Their spirits lifted the moment they saw the Athena Partethose being towed by a Satyr and a Roman demigod.

"Ῥώμη/Rome, you can relax now. I accept your pleas." Greece said gently, turning to meet the smaller's eyes. The smile that Rome gave them was childish yet so thankful. If Greece didn't know any better, they would thought that Rome was simply a child. They stuck their arms out watching with a growing smile as Rome hugged him tightly. They stuck like that for what seemed like hours. If either of them noticed the cheering demigods as they defeated Gaia, neither said anything. They both saw the flash of light which was the practical equivalent of the sun. They both turned to stare at it, enjoying each other's embrace for a few extra moments. If either of them heard the screams of despair as one of the Greek demigod's death was announced.

Neither of them said anything.
