Eclipse Redemption Arc (AU)

Chapter 2

I look at Moon who is now sitting down in front of me looking at me which felt a bit awkward

Moon: "So far you haven't done anything, you made no attempts to get free or attack us.." Moon states tapping his foot on the ground looking a bit clueless on what to do

Eclipse: "And..?" i ask wanting him to continue getting inpatient

Moon: "Im gonna untie you.. you can stay around but if anything happens you are dead.. also your not allowed near Lunar" Moon says in a straightforward tone leaving no chance for parole

Eclipse: "Really? thank you.." I struggle to say thank you as i haven't really said it before and meant it, it felt weird but i liked it.. maybe being nice isnt all that bad

Moon stood up and began freeing me from the tangle of skipping ropes, after a few minutes the last knot was untied and i could stand up so i did so. I looked up at him.. wait a second.. looked up?! wait- was my model shorter then him.. NO!!

Eclipse: "WHAT" i shout out loud looking at me then up at him completely outraged by this new discovery

Moon looked startled a second but then quickly caught up to my annoyance and chuckled slightly

Moon: "Heh, looks like your model is shorter! dont worry its only by a few centimetres.. plus with your rays it makes it look like we are the same size!" Moon says holding back laughs as he pokes a ray on my head

I put one set of hands on my hip and my lower pair of arms cross over my stomach, Moon looks down at my two arms and if he could smile (more than he does already) he would of

Moon: "I mean look you have four arms!! thats an upside!" Moon says oddly gentle gesturing towards my arms

Eclipse: "I guess thats true.." i mumble avoiding eye contact with him as i look at the palms of all four of my hands feeling a bit more confident in my body, my eyes soften slightly

Moon: "Still don't think i forgive you tho" Moon says suddenly in his normal serious making me look up at him and nod quickly

We both go silent and there is a long awkward silence which we both just stare at eachother, his eyes are a ruby red, they don't look half bad but im not gonna tell him that! God no!! im supposed to be mean and evil.. Moon looks like he is about to speak but then Monty bursts through the door holding some weird looking marketable plushy of him

Monty: "MOON LOOK AT THI-" Montys sentence is cut short as when he looked at Moon he saw me standing there and he instantly turned angry and confused

Me and Moon exchanged a worried look before Moon turned to Monty hopefully being able to explain this situation

Moon: "Monty look this looks bad but..." Moons sentence trails off as he doesn't know what to say without getting hit by Monty who looks like he is on that path

Monty: "Tell me why he is here?!" Monty says harshly making me flinch but then i straighten my posture trying to make myself seem like my old self even though something has changed...

Before i had time to react Monty launched the plushly at my face, it didn't hurt but i did stumble back a bit taken away

dMoon: "Look he is.." Moon starts off but he starts struggling as he still doesn't have a good explanation what makes Monty even more mad

Eclipse: "Sorry.." I say suddenly sounding guilty gently holding the Monty plushie in my bottom left hand

They both look back at me shocked but then Monty regains himself and goes back to being angry

Monty: "Your just saying that! y-you are just gonna betray us even if we did forgive you!!" Monty snapped back his tail slashing behind him

I sigh looking frustrated as i have no idea how to express myself, im not good at showing nice feelings any i did before was very forced

Moon: "Monty look.. lets talk outside" Moon says as he walks to the door expecting Monty to follow him outside which Monty reluctantly did leaving me alone

I look at the security booth seeing how many hand sanitizer's there is which made me chuckle knowing thats the doing of Sun, i look to the side at the mats and i see a stack of the barrels has fallen down so even though i don't mind stuff messy, it ticked me off for some reason i decided to walk over to it and fix it straightening the barrels up stacking them on top of one another, after feeling pleased i turned back around to see Moon and Monty looking panicked, i wondered why but then i remembered the barrels had guns inside them which made me step away from the barrels, suddenly Moon started laughing making both me and Monty confused

Moon: "I always forget! i removed the guns!" Moon said through laughs what eased of the tension in the room, although i still felt embarrassed being caught in the act even if it was a positive thing

Monty groaned knowing i'm innocent and i haven't done anything so he stormed off mad that he was being proved wrong, i watched him walk off but then i realised i still have his plushy in my hand and i go to tell him but he already disappeared by the time i got to say anything

Moon: "Don't worry he is like that to everyone" Moon confirmed seeing my stress and worry

Eclipse: "I figured.." i say shaking my head slightly as i turn back to Moon keeping a hold of the plushy

We stare at eachother in silence for a few seconds, i could feel awkwardness creeping up but i had no clue on what to say so i waited for Moon to speak, and speak he did he started blabbering on about some random stuff that i didn't pay attention to half the time but i was glad he didn't see me as a bad person anymore, i mean if his memories didn't get reset he wouldn't of forgiven me but still.
