The Vampires of Kaulike reside in the southeastern region of Roma, split into nine districts. Seven of the nine districts are the homelands of all Vampires, each with their own Clan that was created thousands of years ago, when the first Vampires came to Kaulike.
Each Clam has their own unique culture, social practices as well as combative and mana based aptitudes. Abilities are based on a child's parents' aptitudes and their own unique potential and calling.
One of the other two regions are the Red Capital of Roma, where the Queen of all Vampires resides along with the special few from each district that have the honor of serving the Royal Figure head.

Outside of the castle and guard duty for the Queen, each District has their own way of contributing to Roma, especially since Vampires prefer to work and live amongst themselves, only leaving Roma to feed on black magic and dark energy. Roma has grown to become almost completely self sufficient, though ties with Vilin keep the Region from closing its borders and acting with its own law and identity.
The other of the two regions, is the Wicked Woods, located on the southeastern most tip of Roma, the most isolated part of the region.

While there are plenty of rumors circling around the terrifying woods said to be cursed by Witches thousands of years ago, the wards surrounding the forrest have stopped anyone from learning any truth of what's there. It's considered an off limits zone, and those who trespass not only have to deal with Roma officials, but Vilin, too.
