Early morning, you push yourself out of bed and walk into the bathroom, taking a shower and brushing your teeth. You exit the bathroom, drying yourself and getting dressed. You dry and style your hair and put on your jacket. You exit your apartment then the building, and put your hand out for a cab.
The cab driver asks for your destination and you gave it. As he starts up the car once more and continues to drive you to your destination thats by the countryside. You carried on looking out the window, seeing the view. The grass surprisingly a beautiful colour of green.
"You can stop here." You state as he stops, you hand the cab driver the money and get out the car. You walk over to the people with your hands in your pockets as they notice you
"Ah, Y/n L/n. Been a while since you last visited." John greets as he walks to you.
"Yeah, well, I'm staying in Birmingham for some time so I thought I'd come to visit. Keeping the place looked after, I see." You praise while nodding your head to the grass
"Yes, well, cant having it looking like the place you're in now, eh?" He jokes
"I suppose..." You trail off
"Something bothering you?" John questions
"Yeah, Peaky Blinders, who are they?" You question as you meet his gaze.
"That's them there, Tommy!" John shouts as you turn your head to them seeing John Shelby, Arthur Shelby and Thomas Shelby.
"Johnny Dogs!" Thomas shouts back
"Everywhere I go." You grunt out as you turn your head to John
"What was that?" He questions you
"Nothing, they all don't know my name and I'd like to keep it that way." You state as John just nods. You all walk up to the brothers
"Mystery girl? So are you part of the Lee Family?" Thomas questions
"No, just an old friend." You answer as Thomas's face drops
"Tommy, how the hell are you?" John questions
"All the better for getting the city smoke out of my lungs." Thomas jokes
"I thought you became a bit too grand for us." John chuckles
"I've been busy." Thomas shrugs as you walk with them as the brothers walk behind
"I'm riding with the Lee family now." John informs
"I heard. Myself, I'd rather live among pigs." Thomas admits meaning he had a problem with the Lee family. Explains why his face dropped when you said you were old friends with them.
"Come on, Tommy. No disputing. So, your first fair since France?" John questions excited as you all stop
"What do you know about France, you war-shy Gyspy bastard? So this is the horse?" Thomas questions looking at the plain white horse.
"Gorgeous." You comment as Thomas stands next to you humming in agreement
"And that's the car." John points to the car as you and Thomas still inspect the horse
