I didn't realise that i was zoned out and suddenly when i was out of it i saw all my brothers, my mom and dad surprised and was looking at me, which made me cower and shy away.
"OMG dear you're soo cute when you smile" mom said
I whispered thank you.
Then we all had breakfast in peace.
"Tomorrow you will be going to school" said dad/ Mr. Romano
Leonardo, Allesandro, Matteo and Antonio groaned which made me giggle a little and they all gave me side eye which made me cower.
"Ariel, you will be going to school too my dear" dad said.
Just by thinking that I will be going to school terrifies me but also makes me excited.
"And you boys will protect her at all times, if she gets hurt you'll face serious consequences" Mr. Romano said sternly which made me flinch.
I just hoped nobody noticed but everyone did but I was happy they didn't say anything about it and let it pass.
After we were done with this conversation everyone was leaving the room but Stefano held me back and said that flinch of yours has not went unnoticed and he reassured me that he is here with me and will always protect me.
I nodded and walked straight to my room, with all these thoughts, if i should tell him? Will they love me after i tell them? Or maybe they will abandon me? Or maybe even take me back to those monsters? I'm so scared with these thoughts,
But My thoughts got broken by a knock on my door, "come in" i said.
I was surprised to see that it was Matteo, "hey Ariel, i was thinking would you like to come play with us?" He asked and i was over the top when he asked me cause i thought he hated me.
So i followed him to indoor swimming pool and i saw Allesandro and Antonio there, Allesandro had a smirk on his face and Antonio has a blank one.
I was pretty confuse about the scenario and my gut feeling was that i should run but I didn't wanna disappoint them.
When i reached near the pool, and closer to Antonio and Allesandro, i felt a push and i went into the pool.
I started drowning as i didn't know how to swim, I felt like my body was giving and slowly slowly all i went into the darkness but before slipping completely i felt someone holding me.
