A knock at the door caught the girls attention and she shoot up all but running to it, looking through the peep hold first she saw the unmistakable Facebook of Fred standing there the gang all around him and a smile made it's way into her lips before she opened the door.
"Long time no see" she says in a teasing, joking tone causing the group to smile surprisingly the first person to hug the girl was Daphne who through herself into the brunettes arms making her laugh.
"Okay okay! Let's do this inside instead of out in the hallway?" She jokes moving to let the group in who awe at the room she was given causing her to blush
"I had no idea they gave he one this big I swear" she attempted but the only response she got was a laugh before multiple arms wrapped around her
It quickly turned into a group hug that the gang didn't even realize they were doing untill shaggy pointed it out and they quickly let go acting like they hated each other again
"Shaggy, scooby" grace called out to the boys who looked her way before she made a gesture to behind them and they turned seeing a whole table to different snacks, they turned back to her with wide eyes and even wider smiles
"Go on, have what ever you want" she says before turning to the other three
"That goes for all of you" she continues and Fred quikcly reaches over snatching a packet of M&Ms before the boys can making grace laugh
"Are you here for the mystery to grace?" Daphne suddenly asks and grace gives her a questioning look before shaking her head
"Then well get you up to date ther-" Fred began but was stopped by grace who covered his mouth making everyone give her confused looks and she sighed
"I'm not solving a mystery" she says softly
"What?" Fred asks making her sigh
"I'm here to perform, I'm here to do something I love and.. I'm not gonna stop that to solve a mystery.. I'm done with that, I'm sorry.." She says sadly as she notices the disappointment in Fred's eyes
"But we need you! It's not mystery inc without you" Fred says taking a step forward but was swiftly stopped by Daphne
"If she doesn't want to she doesn't have to" she started, walking up to grace and grabbing her hands
"Whatever you decide to do well be cheering you on, right guys?" She asks turning to the gang, velma gives a smile and Curt nod nudging Fred when he began to object
"Shaggy, scooby?" Daphne called out to the duo who had completely destroyed the snack cart
"Huh? Oh yeah!" Shaggy says with a large smile and scooby nods along a handful of chips in his mouth causing grace to chuckle
Before grace could say anything the door to her room swings open making the group jump
"Grace! You got a performance what are you doing.." The voice of her manager pat trails off and she spins around
"What are you on about?" She asks and pat shakes his head attempting to ignore the group before speaking
"You have your second performance in 15 minutes!" She says and graces face falls as she sprints into her bathroom
"What happend to telling me a hour before pat?!" She yells from inside the bathroom hearing his nervous laughter making her groan
"So you're mystery inc?" Pat asks to group catching there attention and they all begin shaking there heads and denying it making pat give a confuses look before grace bursts out of the room dresses in one of her more fashionable clothes
"Stop talking to them and go!" She yells and pat is quick to nod sprinting out of the room grace on his tail then she remembers the gang was still in her room and she popped her head back in
"I'll talk to you guys later ok!" She yells before again sprinting away and the group stands there stund for a second before shaking there heads.
