"Day Trip"
season 01, episode 08"Bellamy." Clarke said as she and Berlin walked into the drop ship to see Bellamy.
"The answer is still no, I'm not talking to Jaha." He insisted as he went to walk out of the drop ship but Berlin grabbed his arm to stop him.
"Hey, relax, that's not why I'm here." Clarke said as he turned around to look at her.
"What then?" He asked as his eyes occasionally drifted to Berlin, who forced herself not to let pain cross her face. Berlin had been listening in on Clarkes meeting with the ark but she couldn't be in there. She wasn't ready to talk to her dad. She may have found comfort in hearing his voice when she was dying but that didn't mean she automatically forgave him for everything and it didn't mean that he forgave her for what she did either.
"The ark found some old records that show a supply depot not too far from here." Clarke explained to him what Kane explained to her.
"What kind of supplies?" He asked hesitantly, not looking as hopeful as the other two.
"The kind that might give us a chance to live through winter." Berlin said as Clarke and Bellamy looked over at her. "What? I can listen to things when I want to. You and me, Blake. We're gonna check it out."
"No." Clarke and Bellamy said at the same time before Clarke continued on, "Berlin, you're still healing from being stabbed. You can't go out there and risk opening your stitches."
"Clarke, the people here need you. Look, I can walk, okay? Walking is the most I'll be doing. Everyone here needs to help fix the damage from the storm. If I stay then I'll just be sitting here feeling useless cause I can't help." Berlin did have a point but, of course, they were worried about her.
"Just let her go. You can't keep her locked up in here, she'll go stir crazy. You also can't stop her from going." Octavia said from behind the three.
Berlin grinned at her best friend and looked back at the two with a smirk. "Come on, Clarke, I won't do anything else but walk. No jumping, no running, no breathing." She joked as she watched Bellamy flare his nostrils out of frustration.
"Clarke, you can't seriously be considering this. She was just stabbed and poisoned." Bellamy said quietly to her but Clarke sighed and nodded.
"Fine but if you open your stitches, I'm not dealing with Finn and Raven's lecture." Berlin chuckled and smiled excitedly. Berlin was itching to leave the camp. She knew that she should be scared considering what happened with the grounder but she felt suffocated. Although, that might've been the people breathing down her neck and watching her like a hawk ever since she was stabbed.
"I won't. No extra activities." Berlin promised the girl before her best friend let out a snort behind them making them turn.
"You and my brother going alone to a depot? I'm sure lots of extra activities are gonna happen." Octavia grinned at the redness on Berlins cheeks as she turned away in embarrassment.
"O!" Berlin scolded as Bellamy rolled his eyes and left the drop ship, Clarke soon following. Berlin was about to follow before she looked at her friend and walked over. "I heard you saved my life by putting your own in danger."
