Trey-"and this is her dad"
Zion-"I'm zion and if u don't mind yn needs a couple minutes out-"
Y-"can he stay"
Lani-"of course anything for this princess I'm surprised u didn't get drafted into Disney look at dat face!"
She smiled
Lani-"she's my child I don't care anymore'

They went upstairs zion sighed

Zion-"idk how to say it without sounding like a bad person"
Lani-"my mother used to kill birds and use the feathers for her earrings it was always the pretty ones that's why I hated her"
Zion-"she's not listening to yn and she butnrd our pictures and they where the ones she looked at every day to make her feel a little better"
Lani-"wym she's not listening"
Zion-"I don't wanna get into it it could get really disrespectful in here"
Lani-"aw I understand well u have nothing to worry about I make sure when she's here she gets everything she wants and needs unless it's to kill or harm herself I have her rubber band instead and s journal I don't think she used"
Zion-"no she uses them shes a poetry girl"
Lani-*gasp she didn't tell me
Zion-"she says ew immediately after she says it

Lani-"why poetry is cool"
The oven beeped
Lani-"oh follow follow follow'
She dragged him in the kitchen
Lani-"when I was her age I was the poetry princess and I loved it"
Zion-"I did a little myself I think that's where she gets it from"
Lani-"oh take her to a poetry slam just u and her that would be the perfect trip"
Zion-"yeah maybe one night ill sneak her out"
Lani-"oh fun I'm helping"
He laughed yn came downstairs
Zion-"hey peach I like that smile on your face it's even better then the fake one u showed me yesterday'
She laughed
Y-"thank you dad"
Zion-"of course gorgeous"
