This is her outfit used in Kingdom Hearts, where she is one of the main characters in the prequel Birth by Sleep 🗝️
In the beginning of the story, she's cold, mean and rude towards everyone except Aqua. She was also very prideful and a sore loser.
Along with Terra, she did not pass the Mark of Mastery exam due to the darkness stemming from her jealousy towards her younger sister. And Xehanort had plans to use her and Terra for his evil plans.
Over the course of the journey to various Disney worlds, Heather teams up with Aqua to get Ven and Holly back, and fully redeems herself after reconciling with her sister to stop the darkness.
