SYNOPSIS

when Ellis invites Draculaura back to the human world to hang out, she realizes that she might like him

PLOT

Draculaura was humming while finishing some homework in the library, she was alone so it was dead silent in the library. she thought that after she finished she would find Clawdeen and Frankie to hang out with them, or maybe she could catch up with Toralei more, or-

*RING*

her phone buzzing almost stopped her heart, she put a hand to her chest and took deep breaths to calm herself down. after she was calm she checked her phone expecting it to be Clawdeen or Frankie, but was surprised to see Ellis had texted her. she had forgotten she had given him her number

Draculaura: Ellis? why is he texting me? 

she texted him back

THEIR TEXT MESSAGES

E: are you busy?

D: no, why? is Zamara Out Of Jail!?

E: No! no, she's not. I just wanted to ask you to hang out

D: srry, what?

E: hang out?

D: uh.. I don't know

E: listen, I know I lied to you but didn't I save you?

D: yeah

E: I promise you can trust me, meet me by the portal we can hang in the forest so humans won't see you

D: alright..

Draculaura put her phone in her pocket, then put a finger on her chin to think about what she should do. Ellis did betray her but he did stop his mother and saved her and all vampires. she thought of telling Clawdeen where she was going but decided not to, Clawdeen would just give her any excuse not to go. she knew Clawdeen became protective of her after the day Zamara attacked, she couldn't blame her after all that horrible woman did, she deserved to rot in jail. Draculaura went outside and took one last look at the school before going through the portal... not knowing Clawdeen had secretly followed her. she had seen Draculaura leave the school and decided to follow her. Draculaura met Ellis on the other side and walked with him, Clawdeen followed them but hid every time they turned around

Ellis: so... how have you been doing since the incident?

Draculaura: better? I honestly don't know, I'm still afraid

Ellis: of what?

Draculaura: what if Zamara breaks out?

Ellis: trust me Draculaura she won't be getting out anytime soon, besides even if she does you can take her

Draculaura: really?

Ellis: well yeah, I've seen you protective over your friends, but when Clawdeen almost died... wow

Draculaura: of course I'm protective of them! I love them

as they continued to walk into town with Clawdeen still following, her father Apollo came up from behind

Apollo: Hey Ba-

Clawdeen quickly covered his mouth and they hid behind his work van

Ellis: did you hear something?

Draculaura: no

behind the van Clawdeen moved her hand from her father's mouth

Apollo: what's going on baby cub?
