Bracelety likes to dress up to look like Icy, with her permission of course.
She got her hair done to be the same.
Even though she can never look exactly like Icy she still finds it fun.
Icy is cold to the touch so Bracelety wears slightly very slightly warmer clothes, and scarves to protect from that cold.
