It was happening again, the second time this month. And this time you weren't there to help him, you were out with friends and Xiao had been freaking out the whole time. The walls felt like they were closing in, his breath was quick he was shaking almost uncontrollably. He was worried something had happened to you while you were out, but he didn't want to randomly appear in front of you in case you got angry.

The room started to spin like a merry-go-round and his heart was beating quickly. No words can describe how horrible a thing like this feels. Xiao relied a lot on hugs and kisses from you especially, he relied on you being there with him. So of course when you left him he started to worry that something happened. What if someone hurt them? What if their friends hurt them?

His uncontrollable worry turned into crying. You came through the door before it could go any further. "Im home x-. Xiao, Xiao oh my archons!"

You ran quickly towards your boyfriend and sat down next to him. "Oh my love, what happened."

He could hardly respond to your question it only came out in sobs. You wrapped your arms around him, then asked if this was okay. He said yes by nodding his head, still being unable to talk. "Xiao, my love... Can you breathe for me? Here try and match my breathing."

You breathed in and out deeply trying to encourage him to do the same. This wasn't your first time doing this and it probably wouldn't be your last either. He began to try and match your breathing, while still sniffling, it hurt to see him like this. No one wants their partner to feel this way. After a few minutes, his breathing returned to a normal rate and he stopped shaking as much. He buried his face in your neck while mumbling;

"Your okay y/n... I missed you."

"I missed you too, Xiao but what happened?"

"I.. I.. Nevermind it's stupid."

"No, it's not, if you don't want to talk about it that's fine. But I'd much rather you do so I can try and help you. That's what im here for my love."

"F-fine. I thought you got hurt, and I wasn't there to help you."

Your facial expression softened. "So thats what the panic attack was about.."

He only hugged you tighter and you hugged him back, the couch was pretty comfy. You both fell asleep rather quickly both worn out from the day you had. But before you did, you muttered an
