Gaming x gn!reader- day 4

T/W- fluff, cuddling, awful movie choices

Summary- Gaming and Y/n have to cancel date plans because of a heavy rain and they stay at Gaming's home watching god-awful films and laughing their socks off.

Your date plans went down the drain much like the rain pouring outside. You and Gaming were supposed to go out for a picnic today. However, the weather had other plans. Instead, the two of you were cuddled on the couch, and Gaming ran his hand through his hair.

You'd picked some movies to watch to try and brighten the mood. You chose the most cheesy rom-coms you could find. The list on Netflix couldn't be any longer. The bowl of popcorn was nestled between the two of you and quickly decreased. 

"Y/n, it's so bad it's almost good."
"That's why I picked it." You laughed.

The date was turning out to be better than expected. Even if your picnic plans had been cancelled. It was sweet to hear Gaming laugh at the stupid bits of the movie.

As you rolled and moved around trying to get comfortable, then loose strand of hair fell on your face. Gaming gently smiled looked down at you and brushed the loose strand of hair out of your face. As he smiled he said,
"Tell me how you fell in love with me."

The butterflies in your stomach stored awake with his words.
"I told you that just yesterday Gaming.."

"And? I wanna hear it again and your voice is just very soothing to listen to."

You let out a large sigh and sat up next to him, his eyes like a puppy dog. How could you resist such a beautiful boy, his eyes were almost shiny with hope. He just wanted to hear your sweet voice. Why would you ever refuse?

"Well it was the lantern rote festival-"

"And you were hanging out with Xianling!"

"Will you let me tell the story."

So you kept on talking and talking and talking. Till the conversation had veered to other places. But gaming never once told you to be quiet or shut up. If anything he loved your voice. In fact, it did put him to sleep later that night. As he lay sleeping there you began to think about everything that had happened in the past year. You'd fallen in love, you'd moved in with him and you'd found peace in your life. What more could you ask for.
