Circe (세르세; born Yamada Hoshi; 山田星) is a member of Olympia under SM Entertainment. She joined the group on May 30th 2020 as the second member of the group. She has been at SM Entertainment since December 8th 2017.

Background:
Circe was born to professional chef Yamada Isamu and Yamada (nee. Kobayashi) Fumiko on October 30th 2002 in the Fushimi district of Kyoto, Japan. Circe has an older brother, Yamada Yoshi, and a younger sister, Yamada Oishi. Her family stayed in Japan until 2014 when the family thought that by sigining their kids up for dance academies in Korea, they can all pursue their dreams as idols and as professional dancers.
In Korea, Yoshi was the first out of the 3 siblings to get scouted and he signed with Starship Entertainment in 2016. Oishi joined JYP Entertainment in early 2017 and was apart of the NiziU project but failed to make it to the final line up and finally Circe got accepted into SM Entertainment in late 2017.

Fun Facts: 。Circe is known to be calm and crazy depending on the situation 。Circe and Yara share an apartment together since Yara isn't fully fluent in Korean 。She has the 10th highest net-worth in Olympia 。Circe was a back up dancer for Itzy back in their Dalla Dalla era 。She is friends with Kiss Of Life's Natty, ITZY's Yuna and æspa's Winter 。Her favorite food is Gochujang noodles 。Circe was supposed to debut in the subunit Ellopia but she was swapped last minute with Rhea 。Her favorite survival show is Sixteen because she really enjoyed watching Natty preform 。She wants to become friends with IVE's Rei 。Circe used to dance at 1MILLION Dance Studio from 2018-2020
