They all entered the room and all got shocked except VM and VD. They saw Ragini was sleeping holding her teddy. VM went near her and caressed her hair.

VM : haye meri bacchi ro ro ke so gayi hogi.

V : 😲 arre par Mom..

VM : sshh 🤫 tu ja inha se. Jag jayegi wo.

V : par Mom wo abhi thodi der pahele uthi hai. Abhi phir se so gayi.

VM : han toh tumlogo ki wajah se royi hogi na meri bachi..

V little loudly : are yaar Mom! Please sun to lo ekbar. Apki beti koi royi woyi nahi hai.. nahi kisine usko dukh pahuchaya hai..

Listening noises Ragini stir in sleep. She kept the pillow on her ear and turned around.

R sleepy : mmmm Sunnyyy dafa ho inha se.. Mumma aye toh utha dena mujhe..

By her voice VM got an idea that she is just  cranky but not sad. She is anything but hurt. She got relieved .

VM whispered V : chal tu niche.. baat karni hai.. yeh pahele nahi bata sakta tha?

Veer gave her a "are you serious" look and followed her who already went out of room.

Outside the room,

V irritated : Mom! Aapne bolne ka mauka hi kaha diya? Aatey hi chad gaye mujh par.. are thik hai aapko uski fikr hai par humari bhi toh baat sun lo.. hadd hai yaar. Dad bhi bol rahe the sun lo sun lo par nahi..

VM smiled sheepishly.

VM slowly : sorry

V : kya ? Kuch sunai nahi diya..

VM whinned : sorry bola na.. wo uska mood off tha. Suna toh mujhe laga inha kuch hua.. aur tumlog inha ho hi kyun??

V : batata hu .. aiye aap.

All settled in living room. Veer told them everything. VM and VD were also happy to listen that everything got resolved. But VM had a fear that maybe Ragini aab usse thoda dur ho jayegi. And the fear is visible on her face. RM noticed it and held her hand.

RM : aap chinta maat kijiye. Apki beti apse dur nahi hogi.

VM : 😲 nahi main .. matlab aisa kuch nahi..

RM : aapki dar main samajh sakti hu. Main bhi Maa hi hu. Bhale hi der se par main bhi samjah sakti hu. Trust me, uske dill mein apki jo jagah hai wo main kabhi nahi le sakti. Wo haq main kho chuki hu. 🥺 Meri beti ne mujhe maaf kar diya wahi kafi hai mere liye. Aaj maine dekha humare hotey hue bhi wo aaplogo ko kitna yaad kar rahi thi.

VM : aap aisa mat sochiye. Maaf toh kar diya na aab ghulne milne bhi lagegi.. please don't be sad. Aab hum dono milke uska khayal rakkhenge..

S : aur main kahan jau? (She pouted)

RM and VM : tu bhi hai humari ladli..

S : sorry aunty. Usdin jo kuch bhi uss ghar mein hua, jo bhi tamasha maine kiya aur jo bhi galat maine apko bola.. uske liye I am sorry 🥺 please apni iss beti ko maaf kar dijiye..

VM : koi baat nahi bache. Jo hua bhul ja.. age badh.. hmm?

Swara nodded happily.

VM turned to RD.

VM : bhaisaab mujhe maaf kar dijiye.. atey hi maine kuch zyada hi react kar diya.. mujhe aaplogo ki baatein sun leni chahiye thi..

RD : it's okay.. main samajh sakta hu.. aur maafi toh mujhe mangni chahiye.. maine jo bhi tamasha kiya pahele..  uske liye main bohot hi sharminda hu.  Beti ke dur jaate mujhe samajh aya uski value. Aur mujhe toh bohot acha laga aap logo ka concern dekhke.. jo pyar , concern wo humse deserve karti thi wo hum de nahi paaye par wo usko aaplogon se mila hai ..
