Jolted Awake From a Winter Dream

The following day aboard the Astral Express, March 7th eagerly approached Caelus with excitement bubbling in her voice, "Hey, Caelus, have you heard about our upcoming stop? It's a Planet called 'Penacony'—rumor has it, it's an incredibly beautiful, dreamlike place! I'm so thrilled!"

Caelus nodded, replying, "Yes, Miss Himeko informed me about it several days ago."

As the anticipation of the approaching destination filled the air, March 7th pondered aloud, "But Pom-Pom mentioned that the banquet we're invited to is still a bit ahead. What can I do to pass the time...?"

Suddenly, a notification on her smartphone grabbed her attention. March realized it was from the group chat, containing a message from Bronya, Caelus, March 7th, and Dan Heng.

Bronya's message appeared on the screen, "Can you read this message, Express Crew?"

Caelus swiftly responded, "Hey, Bronya, long time no see!"

March chimed in eagerly, "It's been a while, Bronya! We've missed you so much!"

Relieved to be in touch, Bronya quickly continued, "Great! I was worried that you couldn't receive messages. I'll keep it short. Recently, I've been working on preparing the Solwarm Festival, a traditional Belobogian celebration. The festival's usual celebrations were suspended due to the Fragmentum and the lockdown, and now, the Belobogians truly need a spirited celebration to lift their morale."

Inviting her friends, Bronya extended an offer, "So, if you have the time, I'd love to invite you to the Solwarm Festival and show you our progress in reviving Belobog."

Caelus promptly confirmed, "I will come, for sure!"

March 7th eagerly joined in, "Me too! Festivals and celebrations are right up my alley!"

Bronya, expressing her hope for everyone's presence, remarked, "It'd be fantastic if you all could come. Everyone's been missing you."

Concerned about Dan Heng's absence, Bronya inquired, "Has @DanHeng been busy these days? He hasn't sent any messages in the group chat."

Caelus, determined to assist, assured, "We'll check on him for you, Bronya."

Acknowledging the support, Bronya gratefully replied, "Thank you, Caelus. I'm looking forward to seeing you all at the Solwarm Festival."

Observing Dan Heng's silence, March 7th commented, "That Dan Heng — he can't just ignore Bronya."

Taking the initiative, March 7th suggested, "Let's go to his room and talk to him."

March and Caelus headed towards Dan Heng's room to inquire about his thoughts on returning to Belobog with them, eager to ensure he didn't miss out on Bronya's invitation to the festival.

Noticing his lack of response to Bronya's message, Caelus pressed, "Then why didn't you reply? Bronya's a good friend of ours!"

Somberly, Dan Heng explained, "I'm sorry, I'm just not in the mood for idle chat. There's been a lot weighing on my mind since the Xianzhou Luofu... it was tough on the spirit."

Realizing her mistake, March 7th quickly apologized, "Dan Heng... I'm the one who should be sorry — I was being too pushy! You're right, you went through a lot on the Xianzhou — take all the time you need..."

Suggesting he rest on the Express, Caelus extended an offer, "Dan Heng, stay on the Express and get some rest."

Appreciating her understanding, Dan Heng replied, "Thank you for understanding, Caelus."
