Paging Dr Shepherd *Derek shepherd*

𝟲𝟬. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 {𝗔 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲}

Grace lay in bed and sighed. She knew how her head was a mess and she had no idea where she stood and when it came to her and Derek. She didn't even know if they were together. She knew how she missed how things were

Grace lay on bed and looked as bella walked in and looked to her

"Come on it's first day as a resident it's time to go up" Bella said

"Meh" Grace said. Bella looked to her and frowned

"What's up with you I went to see my mom and you have been off. Talk to me" Bella asked as grace looked to her

"I think me and Derek broke up" Grace said as Bella looked to her

"Are you fucking kidding me?"

"I asked him if he wanted to be with me at the wedding he didn't answer we're over" Grace said

"I'm going to kill him" Bella said she knew how she had warned Derek not to hurt Grace again and she couldn't believe what she was hearing. She thought that Derek was an idiot, she knew that Derek was her brother but she knew Grace was her soul mate and she wasn't gong to let him hurt Grace again

Grace got to the hospital walked down the hall as her interns followed her. She and Bella were sharing interns

"I have five rules. Memorize them. Rule number one, don't bother sucking up, I already hate you. That's not gonna change.Trauma protocols, phone lists, pagers. The nurses will page you. You answer every page at a run...a run. That's rule number two. : Your first shift starts now and lasts 36 hours. You're grunts, nobodies, the bottom of the surgical food chain. You run labs, you write orders, you work every second night until you drop, and you don't complain. On call rooms. Sleep when you can, where you can. You know, but not with anybody. Not attendings...especially not attendings.
The dying patient better not be dead when I get there, because not only will you have killed someone, you will have woken me for no good reason. Are we clear?" Esme said Lexie raises her hand.

"That does for mark sloan and Derek shepherd despite the ass he is" Bella said as grace smiled as she looked to Lexie

Grace had no idea who she is

"Yes?" Grace asked

"That was four rules. You said five"

"Rule number five...when I move, you move." Grace said as They all stand there

"Go!" Bella said as she approached. The two of them were sharing interns.

The residents are sat in the basement

"I hate them." Cristina said as grace rolled her eyes at her

"You don't hate them. You hate you." Meredith said

"That was hideous. I feel like a fraud." Izzie said

"I rocked it. I think I'm the new nazi." Alex said as bella snorted

" Oh, you are not the new nazi." Bella said as George enters
