After calming my mother down it took a lot of time to calm her down

She was shaking in panic  i made the breakfast and then made her eat

I have to make up my mind that its not nothing her condition is not normal and there might be a big problem looming over my head

I need to mantally prepare myself for it

I took out my scooter and move to my office

Reaching there i parked there and move in

The two guards standing there holding guns i know its there job but it makes me shaky everytime i passed the gate

Well my boss is not less than royalty literally so he needs security

As i was moving to the elavator my phone ring

" Yes Tejasswi speaking " i said in my professional voice ss the number was unknown

" Hello ms tejasswi i m the receptionist of Hope hospital your mother's reports are here When can you come and collect them " ohh yaa reports i need to talk to the doctor about it

" I will collect them by 7 30 today "

" Ms tejasswi actually the condition of your mother is serious and you had seeked the normal doctor but seeing the report he had asked me to inform you that you should consult dr roy our nerosurgen His off timing is 7 so if you want to consult him you should come by 6 or 6 30 i can take the appointment for you if you want " I knew something was wrong now its confirmed i felt a lump in my throat

Clearing my throat " Please take the appointment for me i will be there " I said trying to keep my voice steady

I just have my mother i can never see her in pain i took a deep breath composing myself i move to the elavator and move to cabin

I was working when my telephone ring " Yes sir "i said politely Only one person has connections of it

" Come in my Cabin and bring manager with you " he ordered as usual

" Okay sir " my words are cutted in half as the line got cut

This man have no courtesy sighing I move out of my cabin and told the manager that sir is calling him inside

Moving beside me he whispered " Where is the presentation i had asked you edit,"

" I mailed you yesterday night only "

" You didn't tejasswi" he glared at me

" I did " I pressed on each word like that will make him understand them

I had send the presentation to someone oh god i didn't check the mail id

I gasp and my eyes widen and the manager give me i told you look like he is thinking i was lying i just realised it

But no i just got the reason of why he called us i mistakenly mailed him the presentation

As we move in after hearing his come in

He looked at us the manager give him the polite smile

" Kartik Is it your duty to make sure every presentation is send to me along with its printed copy and you get paid for it " boss start and the manager looked more than confused

" Yes sir " he said not knowing what to say

" Then why the presentation of mehta construction was with ms Awasthi and why did it reached from her not from you and why didn't i recieved the hard copy of it yet" the manager give me a betrayed look

I was already the least liked now he will directly hate him there goes my non existent bond with this floor people Well done boss

" Sir wo the employee in-charge of it was fired yesterday and i had a presentation to check on my own so that's why i give it to her and but she didn't mail me back instead send it to you "

" Acc to my knowledge you shouldn't have any presentation to do yesterday if you are doing your work on time which presentation were you working on yesterday "

What is he a human or computer how can he remember everything

" Sir the highway one " he said looking down

" It was supposed to send to the client now "

" It is done sir actually there was some last minute changes "

" You know i hate excuses there was no last minute you hadn't done your work properly the first time and then you hadn't rectify it on time as well We hadn't sign s contract of time period you would be fired by now But the contract will save you just two more times remember that you will out of my office "

Well the manager being insulted Infront of a PA is truly humiliation

God he clearly knows which wound will hurt most cunning man

" Ms awasthi why did you send me the presentation? "

" sir i had " i stopped talking as motion the manager to move out by his hand and glare at me as i stopped i look down and continue " I had completed by Late night yesterday and i forget to change the mail and it comes to you by mistake "

" Don't do such mistake again and get the data base i had asked you to collect "

" ok sir "

I need to ask him to go early how should i do that

" Anything else ms awasthi "

' Wo sir i need to go by 6 its a family emergency"

" You hadn't gone early entire month so you can but only after the work assigned to you is done "

" Thanks sir i will be done with it before 6 "

" Okay go now and ms awasthi doing someone else work won't get you paid extra "

As if i was interested in doing other's work i roll my eyes and move out

Whole day i was busy in work but my mind ead stuck on the hospital visit i have to do today
