jules bardotand mattsturniolomet at the beginning of high school and have been best friends ever since. swearing that nothing, not even themselves, could come between their friendship. it was an unspoken oath that had been put in place between them.
alternatively, it was rather odd that neither one of them had ever looked at anyone else in the last six years. no boyfriend, no girlfriend, no crushes. that is until now, after some rando waltzed into their lives, bringing distraction to matt and jules otherwise peaceful friendship. one thing leads to another, and it's like their unspoken rule was mangled and then rotted.
