Floyd smiled at the singer, the crowd's applause filling the room as you smiled, grateful for their praise. Making eye contact with him once again your smile grew and your eyes softened. "Thank you everyone! Have a wonderful night!" you shouted, causing more applause as you hopped down from the stage and approached his table, the warmth of their connection palpable.

"Room for one more?" you asked with a shy smile. He couldn't help but smile back. "Hmmm i don't know, as far as i know this seat is saved for a beautiful girl with (f/h/c) and (e/c) eyes...." he started waiting for her next move. "Oh well then. This sounds like a very important person." you joked back as you both laughed. Smiling he gestured for you to take a seat which you gladly did. "I'm a fan of your work. Floyd, right?" you asked.

"Wow! I'm known by the great mystery that is (y/n)! What an honor! But yeah, that's me. Your performance was incredible by the way. I felt every note." he praised with a smirk making the girl laugh again. "Thank you. It means a lot, coming from someone like you. Your music has a way of reaching people too, you know." she smiled a knowing smile. "Well, we both know the magic of the stage. It's not just about the notes; it's the emotions we share with the audience." he sighs dreamily remembering the feeling of performing.

"Exactly. Sometimes I wonder if people see the real me up there or just the persona. It's why I hid my identity from the public... I like being judged by my work rather than for how I present myself." you say with a sigh and a small slump in your shoulders. "I get that. It's a constant balancing act. But here, in this cafe, it feels different, more... real." he sighed. "Yeah, it's like a sanctuary. No judgments, just music and genuine moments." The two trolls smile lightly, taking a moment to soak in their environment and the calming jazz that had taken over the cafe.

"You know. I couldn't agree more. So, what inspires your music? Besides the obvious talent, there's a soulful depth to your songs." Floyd asks, turning his attention back to you. "Well... I'm not shure, Life, mostly I guess. The highs, the lows, heartbreak, joy.  it all finds its way into my music somehow. How about you?" you ask leaning closer in interest. "Well I used to be the same. Life is a canvas, and our experiences paint the picture. But meeting someone who understands the artist behind the music, that's a rare find. I was inspired by my brothers and the people around me I loved but now it seems like I've run dry..."

"I'm sorry, I hope you find your spark again." you say with a sad smile as you reach out and place your hand on top of his. Floyd snapped his head up at the feeling of your hand on his. His heart beating fast as his eyes frantically looked between your hands and you before they eventually settled on your beautiful (e/c) eyes. "Maybe our music brought us together. Fate has a way of orchestrating beautiful harmonies, don't you think?" he asked, still dazed. "I like that idea. A symphony of fate, played out in a cozy cafe after the rain." you laughed with a sweet smile.

Your smile being contagious he began to laugh as well as you both enjoyed your time together but unfortunately all good things come to and end as the laughter blended with the soft hum of the cafe, as they continued to share stories, dreams, and the unspoken language of two souls entwined by the love of music and each other. They had to say goodbye, or so they thought.
