at the back of her mind indistinct noises were settling..
gun shots one after another,
houses of millions turnings into rubbles,
air strikes piercing through clouds,
screams of frightened children,
uneven breaths of infants,
restless individuals who hardly survived,
mothers and fathers,
hopes spilling through tears,
hearts breaking into smithereens.
nevertheless,
they're martyrs.
their blood and tears are so precious,
their chosen for this test,
and yes in the end
they say, Allah is the greatest.
they don't await a chance to survive cowardly,
but are rather aware that this cause is massive.
they're martyrs,
true believers.
