1. you are free to make a kosmowing OC. This tribe will never close, so go crazy with it. just do not claim my tribe as your own.
2. you can make royalty if you ask me only. it's a pain, but I don't want it getting out of hand.
3. other than these other rules, have fun! this tribe is free use. fanfictions as well, (as long as you credit me.)
