I FINALLY FINISHED IT. Like this thing literally took me so many days to complete because the writer's block is like never-ending. (I'm not even a writer tho really)

Procrastination is like my favourite hobby ever to the point it's neither studying nor writing the fic, but just lazing around.

I still don't like my fic that much tho, I don't have much confidence in it because everything feels like way too rushed. I mean who says they're straight for one second and then fall in love with their best friend a few hours later. But i originally started writing it as a oneshot, I just wanted to write a hot, messy makeout scene, but then i somehow ended up writing fluff and pining.

I tried my best to not turn Ishan into some twinky submissive cinnamon roll sugar boo baby boy, but if you felt so, I'm sincerely sorry😔

I had to do it *that one Draco Malfoy dialogue before he kills Dumbledore*

I did enjoy writing it though. The first chapter had me giggling and blushing everytime I opened Google docx to continue writing.

There's so many things i want to address tho because I'm not sure if most of the readers will understand what I'm implying because duh it's not like y'all can read my mind or sumn.

Like the scene in first chapter where Shubman says 'he likes Sara' and then 'he likes girls' but then suddenly confesses to Ishan in chapter 4 out of nowhere. He didn't exactly get those feelings in a few minutes after he kissed Ishan, it was more of something like how he always did have feelings for Ishan but failed to acknowledge them because sometimes a person can't really tell between the boundaries of something that's romantic and something that's truly platonic.

Which is also kinda why he started to dissociate himself from Ishan because he was scared of those feelings and didn't want to ruin their friendship and stuff.

I felt like I wasn't really clear on the whole Ishan crying scene because-
Hi, I suck at writing.

So i kinda just blame every flaw in this story onto their drunkenness because hey, they were drunk😔

And the part where they both kiss, it almost looks like ishan is gaslighting shubman into kissing him (I mean, he kinda did.) But shubman himself had a few feelings roaming around in his mind about ishan and both of them were drunk af. That's the only justification I can give to any flaw in this story💀😭

I'm a very messy person when it comes to writing stories or notes because it just hard to determine the order of what goes where because there's always so many things roaming in your mind at a time.

Like I'm so sorry for abruptly changing the pov to Ishan's in chapter 2 💀💀
I originally started writing from chapter 2 and as a oneshot for just that one makeout scene and it was in Ishan's pov, but then i was like nah, some fluff with drunk ishan and whipped shubman sounds cool and then just did whish whoosh swash wish🗣️

I don't think I have anything else to say, and i really need to publish this story cause this has been staying in my drafts for a while month.
