i went to jamie's and he gave me keys and the codes and everything to the door at the front of the estate, we then went to stef's school to pick him up

me and jamie were stood in the school yard, hand in hand, i was rubbing my thumb on his hand to try and calm him down, as i could tell he was stressed to have to leave

when we seen stefan jamie smiled, whistling at the boy to get his attention

"yo!" jamie shouted as the whistling didn't get his attention

"what you two doin' ere?" stefan asked confused that we were both there

"we came to pick you up, obviously" jamie says getting up of the thing we was both leaning on

"you don't need to do that. i ain't a kid no more"

"what'd you mean, you're not a kid, fam?" jamie says punching stefan in the chest playfully

"what'd you learn today?" he asked as we started walking away again, jamie taking my hand in his again

stef just shrugged his shoulders

"you got nothin' to tell me about henry and his bare wives or nothin', no?"

"y'know this kid, came into the bathroom while i was in the bath, just to tell me that he skipped school" jamie says explaining the joke nudging stef

"that was in year eight, i'm in year nine"

"yeah, j, it was in year eight, how could you forget" i joke sarcastically, making stefan laugh

"shush, man" jamie said jokingly nudging me

there was silence for a bit before jamie started talking

"you wanna go grab somethin' to eat?"

stefan smiled and nodded

"see you're always hungry, innit" jamie jokes putting his arm round stef still holding tightly to my hand

we went to this chip shop, i told stefan i could go if he wanted me to, so it could just be them, but stefan said he liked me and wanted me to stay

"i ain't got no more teachers to deal with, nah?"

"nah"

"you gonna finish that?" stefan asked pointing toward the plate of food in front of me

"nah, you can have it" i say pushing it towards stef

"look at you. you got hollow legs, you know that innit"

"mum used to say that about you, mate" stefan replies starting to munch the rest of my food

"how'd you remember that?"

"so you two like serious, serious then?" stefan questions pointing between me and jamie changing the subject
