So I always thought abt Flain having hypnotic powers so I made this-

The jist of this is that Flain's able to manipulate hypnotic candles n stuff with his fire, the candle necklace is also able to allow him to do stuff like this.
I thought about calling this "Cultish Candles" but I'm thinking "CandleSpell" fits more.
