Since my paw was wrapped I decided to sneak out since Ryder was asleep
I quietly snuck to the elevator and went up.
Ellie's POV:
We had arrived at town hall finally after going to every other place checking for humdinger.
Suddenly we were in a net.
I then felt something cold on my head.

Humdinger move his finger to the trigger but then.
*mighty pups music plays*.

*Humdinger screaming*.

Leo! I said smiling.
Lets get back to the lookout but first, Chase can you lock them up in jail real quick? Leo asked.
On it! Chase said.
2 seconds later he was back.
Leos POV:
I picked up the meteor with my telekinesis and we went home.
When we got in the basement Ryder was there with a disappointed look on his face.
I put my tail between my legs.
Leo I told you to stay behind, Ryder said.
But Ryd- Ellie started.
No Ellie, Ryder said.
RYDER! Ellie snapped.
Ryder looked at Ellie with a shocked expression.
If Leo hadn't been there Humdinger would have shot my head off! Ellie said.
is this true, Pups? Ryder asked.
Yes! They all said.
Fine! Get to bed pups tomorrow is clean up day.
I went over to the bed and laid down.
Ellie why did you protect me like that? I asked.
You risked everything by yelling at Ryder, I said.
Well its because, I love you, Ellie said.
Y-you do? I asked.
Yes I have for a long time but I didnt know how to tell you, Ellie said.
I understand if you do- Ellie started.
I kissed her on the muzzle.
About time! The pups said.
Holy! I said jumping up and falling off the bed.
