Tis the season Part 2

It was around three in the morning when you arrived back to the tower, After visiting you're parent's graves you decided to walk around New York without any reason, You just didn't want to return to tower to see the party. The music, the laughter you felt as if you didn't deserve to be happy or to laugh. It's not that you disliked Christmas it's the memories that the day brought back. The day you're life changed forever.

Never to see you're parents again. Never to hear their voice or hug them. It all exists in you're memory.

And you just couldn't explain that to Steve or Bucky or anyone, They just didn't understand the hurt that you carry, the pain that this holiday brings and You just couldn't talk about it. So you always locked yourself away, distanced yourself from them and you just thought it was better that way. You took the elevator to the floor you needed the doors opened and it was dark and quiet. You let out a sigh of relief you're not really sure what you would've done if they were all still here partying away.

You were about to head down the hallway when a light turned on. You look over you're shoulder to see Steve and Bucky with a disappointed look and their arms crossed.

"Where have you been?" Bucky asked

It was the same every time, Last year the same thing had happened it's not like you're an idiot and kept walking in the same time and the same way around this time of year you just didn't care.

"Out..." You reply shrugging off you're jacket.

"Come on Y/N you do this every year, talk to us." Steve says

You don't bother looking at them.

"There's nothing to talk about.." You say as you start to walk down the hall to you're room someone grabs you're wrist you don't say anything you just stare down the hall.

"Yes there is please talk to us." Steve says again

You look over you're shoulder to see they are both worried about you.

"I can't I'm sorry." You say

"Now please let go I'm tired.." You say you feel Steve let go of you're wrist. and you walk down the hall into you're room.

The two super soliders watch as you close the door to you're room.

"Kid is certainly stubborn." Bucky says

"I'm worried." Steve says

Bucky nodded agreeing with his friend they were both extremely worried about the girl.

"Well perk up boy's I found something you two are going to want to take a look at." Nat says walking in the room handing Bucky a folder.

They look at one another and look through the file.

It was you're parents.

"Steve look at the death date." Bucky says handing his friend the folder.

"December 25...." Steve says they both sit down on the couch.

"No wonder why she doesn't like Christmas." Nat says taking the folder

"I thought her parents deaths were sealed?" Steve asked

"They were until I hacked into them." She says sitting next to Steve

"Now the question is what are you two going to do with this information?" She asked looking at them with a serious look. Natasha will admit that she grew quite close to the girl. she reminded her of herself in some ways.

And the fact that she can still smile after everything she's been though so she was indeed worried about her. And what the two super soldier's will do.
