Ever since the villains learned about Leo they stopped fighting them out of respect except Big Mama. Big Mama had plans for them whether they liked it or not. As the days dragged on the more the brothers worried for the middle brother. Big Mama kept a very close eye on the turtles and decided on which turtle she wanted to fight in an ultimate battle that she had just come up with. Out of everyone, Big Mama chose Donnie. Big Mama being a spider made it easy for her to sneak in. She waited for an opening to strike... Donnie was in his lab making an antidote. His focus was on the antidote so he didn't see the Big Mama sneak behind him...
A few minutes later, Donnie woke up in a cell. Looking around he spotted a door in the center, as the door opened Big Mama appeared. "Hello, turtlely-boo~!" Big Mama said, watching Donnie's every move. "You're fighting in an all-exclusive battle! If you win... I'll give you an antidote but if I win... you have to work for me. Deal?" Donnie could only nod
The battles started easy but got harder and harder but Don kept winning and in the end, won the antidote. Donnie was overstimulated so as soon as he got home, he relaxed before giving Leo the antidote.
