The Dark Owl

[Scene: Collège Françoise Dupont]

The students are leaving to go home from school. "Sleepover at your place tonight? That'd be awesome!", Marin said.

"Come on! Hurry up! I don't have all day!", Mr. Damocles said. "Except ugh, I can't. I-I have to help my parents at the bakery.", Marin excused.

"Again? But you've been helping them out all week.", Arlo said. "Shopping at the mall? I'm free.", Amelie said to Sabrina.

"Cool! I heard there's a sale at the craft store, we can make all the charm bracelets and necklaces we want!", Sabrina said, happily. Mr. Damocles claps his hands to Sabrina and Amelie.

"Come on! Chop-chop! Hurry along now!", Mr. Damocles said. Amelie face palmed as she remembered something.

"I forgot I got Chinese class.", Amelie said. "Aww, but shopping without you is so boring!", Sabrina cried.

"I'm sorry, Sabrina.", Amelie apologized. Mr. Damocles chuckles, before he closes the school doors.

Amelie sadly looks back behind him, while he walks away with Sabrina. Inside the school, Mr. Damocles sneaks into his office and closes his door.

[Scene: Mr. Damocles' office]

Mr. Damocles turns on his computer to speak to his personal assistant. "Albert?", Mr. Damocles asked.

'At your service, sir.', Albert said. "Hoo-hoo!", Mr. Damocles hooted.

'Please repeat. I was unable to understand.', Albert said again. "Hoo-hoo!", Mr. Damocles said a bit more loudly.

'Please repeat. I was unable to understand.', Albert said once more. "Hoo-hoo!", Mr. Damocles said, aggressively.

'Please repeat. At-at your service, sir. Please repeat. Please repeat. Please repeat.', Albert said, short circuiting. There's an explosion near a portrait, due to Albert's malfunctioning.

Mr. Damocles groans in annoyance before he walks towards the portrait to open it himself, revealing a secret compartment. The compartment holds his secret collection of Knightowl merchandises.

Mr. Damocles chuckles as he grabs his custom-made Knightowl costume from the hanger. He tries to puts it on, but he struggles to put on his belt and causes himself to fall off his desk.

"Ow!", Mr. Damocles exclaimed. Now The Owl, he said, "It is now the hour of The Owl! Hoo-hoo!"

Then, he runs off.

[Scene: Place des Vosges]

A cat named Whiskers meows when he get stuck in a tree. The Owl arrives and talks to Whiskers' owners.

"Hoo-hoo! Well, Mrs. Michelle. Has Whiskers got vertigo again? Have no fear! This is the mission for The Owl! Hoo-hoo!", The Owl said. He then takes out his toy grappling hook.

"Owl Talons!", The Owl continued. The grappling hook didn't work.

"Hoo-merang!", The Owl said. He throws his boomerang, but it glides away.

"Um? What exactly are you planning with that?", Mrs. Michelle asked, raising an eyebrow. "It-it-it takes more than this to persuade The Owl!", The Owl said, as he starts to climb onto the tree.

"Here, kitty, kitty! Come to Owl!", The Owl chuckled, before he slides down the tree. "Okay, I'll call the fire department.", Mrs. Michelle said, worried.

She starts to takes out her phone. "No need for that, Mrs. Michelle.", The Owl said, actually inching up at the tree.

Whiskers start to hisses at him. "Uh-oh! Whiskers! Stay calm! Come on now!", The Owl continued.
