Chapter 33

Amelia's POV:

Today Steve and Luke are having the baby shower. No matter how many times I protested against it they wouldn't have it. Assholes.

Inside our apartment was Josh's mom and sisters, Jeremy (Ash's son) Skylar, Steve, Luke, Nicole (Steve's mom),Ronnie, Angela, even Hogan, Mark, Jenna and Tyler. Why they were all here, I have no idea. This was the work of young Steven and Lucas.

The amount of people in this apartment was overwhelming. There was blue steamers and balloons all over.

I had painted a pirate ship in the nursery last week. Josh had won the battle of the nursery theme. I may have added a Pokemon ball or two onto the closet wall.

"Let's get this party started" Steve cheered

"Ok we're gonna play baby bingo because Pinterest told us too" Luke laughed

Steve came around handing out Bingo cards. Jeremy ran up to Luke and stole a safety pin from his shirt.

"Hahahahaja" Jeremy laughed

Through out the whole baby shower we were playing the "baby game". If you said baby you get a safety pin stolen. The adults weren't really into it but Jeremy was all over it.

"You got me little man" Luke laughed

Luke was so great with kids. I hope one day Steve and him adopt a kid or two.

"Fuck ya BINGO" Ronnie laughed

"Ronald there is a child here" I laughed

"Sorry Josh, don't ever say that word" Ronnie laughed

"Hey Jer go beat up Ronnie" Josh smiled at his nephew

Jeremy rushed over and started throwing his little 5 year old fists at Ronnie. Everyone in the room began laughing as Ronnie "flinched" from the hits.

"Ash you got a strong kid" Ronnie laughed

"I guess so" Ashley laughed

We played a few more rounds before Luke and Steve declared it time for me to open up the gifts.

I was escorted to the reclining chair that had a little sign saying "Angry Pregnant Ladies Only" in Steve's sloppy hand writing.

"I hate you Steven" I laughed

"You love me and you know it" Steve said sticking his tongue out.

I started opening the gifts and being the hormonal pregnant person I am, I began crying. The little clothes were so cute and as were the baby toys.

"These are so cute" I gushed picking up the onesies from Josh's mom. "Thank you"

One of the onesies had "Baby Dun" and a little skull on the front.The other one had the Twenty One Pilots logo.

"Thanks mom" Josh smiled hugging his mom

From Steve and Luke we got a stuffed octopus with an eye patch and pirate bandana. Also a little caterpillar xylophone. Ashley had given us some of her parenting books from when she had Jeremy along with some cute clothes.

There was mass amounts of binkies and diapers stacked up next to Josh and I. I waddled over to everyone and we created a large group hug with Jeremy in the middle.

Everyone was sitting around talking and eating. Josh was helping Jeremy with his plate. He looked so cute helping his nephew. I can't wait for him to be with our own baby.

There was a knock on the door and Ronnie got up to get it.

"Why the hell are you here" Ronnie said. His back stiffening.

"No get the fuck out of here Jones" Ronnie said angrily.

I walked around to get a good look at the door. Right in the door way was no one else besides my brother.

"She's my fucking sister Carson" Anthony said pushing through him

"How did you even find us" Josh said stepping in front of me

"Jeremy how about you and Luke go play in the other room" Ashley said to her son obviously knowing something bad was going on.

Jeremy ran over to Luke and pulled him off the couch.

"I saw that Morgan girl at Hot Topic when I went to go talk to Amelia and she said she moved here and I got the address" Anthony said

"We are trying to have a good time with our family so it's better for you to leave" Josh said crossing his arms.

Josh isn't a scary guy but when he's in protective mode there is no going back. He'd never go to the point of violence but I think this just might be the exception.

"I am family Josh she's my sister and I want to see her"

"You aren't my fucking family. You lost the right to say that a long time ago" I said coming from behind Josh

"Amelia I'm sorry, what ever happened to family first"

"My family is everyone in this room besides you and I love them more than anything. You had a chance to be in my life but you blew it because you couldn't get over something that didn't even happen"

"Amelia I'm so sorry" he said walking towards me

"No your not Anthony you can't use Sorry as a way to get out of everything"

"Ahme I know I was a complete jack ass when you were younger. I was just trying to look out for you, you didn't grow up with dad so I was the only guy in the house so I was trying to be the brother-dad but I fucked up and made you hate me"

"I know Tony, just go home ok. Come back when you can make a sincere apology to me, Ronnie and Josh"

"Ok" he said turning back through the door

I had to do this. I can't have his blow ups in mine and the babies life. I know how much being an Uncle would mean to him. It's all he talked about when I was younger.

/Flashback/

I got in the door from babysitting, aspirin bottle in hand.

"I'm never having kids Jeez" I said rubbing my head

"Oh come on" Anthony laughed

"No I'm serious kids fucking suck"

"Aw come on I want to be an uncle"

"Find yourself a new sister then" I laughed

"You'll change your mind little sister"

"I don't think so I'm kind of scarred for life"

"No I'm gonna be an Uncle one day and you'll be a mom" he smiled

"Fuck that"

/end of flashback/

The night went on as if nothing happened. I was sitting next to Josh with my head on his chest, his arms wrapped around my belly.

Only two months to go and we get to become parents.
