Chapter 9 ~ The Purple Man

"Who are you" I asked there was a man dressed in all purple. It was a little weird, seeing someone so obsessed with purple.

"I'm Vincent I was told I was working with someone tonight so yeah" He said his grin was perverted Mari was in his box and the music box was running out I quick rewinded the music box and set the tablet down. There was banging in the vents and Mangle was visible. Vincent jumped and Mangle climbed out of the vent and wall scooted over to me.

"HeY (y/n) LoNg TiMe No sEe" She said someone had fixed her voice box.

"Yeah did someone fix your voice box" I asked, Mangle nodded and Vincent inturupted

"Why aren't you killing her" he asked

"BeCaUsE wE lIke HeR" Mangle said "BuT I nEeD tO fInIsH yOu" before I had time to react Mangle leaped onto the purple man and went to go bite his head

"Wait don't" I shouted "Why do you hate him" I asked I'm sure Mangle wouldn't just kill anybody. Right

"WeLl He Is A cOlD bLoOdEd KiLlEr" she said biting into Vincent's forhead I called 911 and the paramedics came and saved Vincent. Nobody should be treated this way even if he is a cold blooded killer wait a killer? I went to Mari's box and he wasn't there he was in the office standing over the desk that was covered in blood. I forgot the music box, crap.

"Mari we had a slight miscombobulation so please forgive me" Mari sighed and went back to his box

"Wait we" He asked

"Yes we I had to work with someone tonight" I said

"Who" Mari asked

"A man named Vincent" I said making sure I didn't get his name wrong

"Where is he" Mari asked

"At the hospital Mangled jumped him and I called an ambulance-" Mari cut me off

"You should have left him there to die like he did with the rest of us" Mari was crying I made my way over to him and put my arm around him. He looked up and I kissed him.

"Next time I will" I told him and he went back to his box. I went home and slept until 3:00 the following day. I grabbed my computer and logged on to Wattpad and read for a while. Then I shut my computer and went to the hospital. I probably wouldn't leave this man to die but I wanted to make sure he was okay.

I decided not to go to the hospital, I wanted to hang out with Mari. I went online and ordered some pizza from Pizza Hut while Mari tried to figure out how to play the Xbox. I ordered carry out because our house is new so they don't have our address on their map yet.

"I don't understand what LS means" Mari complained, I walked over to him and pointed to the joystick on the left side. "Oh thank you" He said

"Your welcome you could play longer but I just ordered some pizza and you should come with me to go get it" I said grabbing my coat and keys.

"Okay" Mari said and with that we got into my car and drove off. I turned on the radio and hummed along with the music. I pulled onto East Minnesota St. and drove into Pizza Hut's parking lot. We still had 20 minuets until our pizza would be ready so I got an idea

"Lets go climb that tree" I said pointing to a fairly large oak tree. Mari grinned and nodded, we got out of the car and headed to the tree. I found a sturdy branch and lifted myself onto the tree. Mari came up soon after, I smiled and started swinging my legs. The cool autumn air felt good against my face, I was happy. Mari giggled

"What's so funny" I asked tilting my head to the side

"Oh your just so beautiful when you are happy." Mari blushed he was cute when he blushed.

"Thank you" I hung my head low out of shyness. "Oh our pizza is ready" I looked down at the text message on my phone. We jumped down out of the tree and walked into pizza hut. We grabbed our pizza and ate it on the car.

"Wow this is good" Mari said, it was good. It was a nice change from the Freddy Fazbear's Pizza I have been eating for a long time. I nodded in agreement and we finished our pizza. I started the car and we headed home.
