Time skip to Thursday
Zoe's POV:
Today is Thanksgiving and Tommy and his family are coming over. Right now I am making my apple pie. Not to brag but it has won some awards. The Rodreguiz's come over at 2:30. That means I have 4 and a half hours until Chris, Clarisse, Sarah (his older sister), and Tommy get here.
Right now Dad is working on the turkey and Mom on the side dishes. Luke and Lena are trying to get a taste of my pie. Charlie is over at Katheine's house probably making out with her right now.
That reminds me, I should call Dawn while the pie is baking in the oven. I finish then wash my hands to go call Dawn.
"Hello?" Dawn asks.
"Hey," I said, "it's me. Happy Thanksgiving. What's up?'
"The sky."
"Shut up."
"Okay. Goodbye."
"Wait!"
"Yes?"
"Gurl you can't just hang up on me. I want to talk. I haven't seen you since Friday."
"Fine, what do you want to talk about?"
"Well I just finished my apple pie. Oh and I'm really nervous about Tommy and his family coming over. I mean what if something goes wrong."
"Chill, it'll be fine. Speaking of boyfriends, that cute guy from the pizza place asked me out."
"Really! Dawn, that's awesome!. Oh I gotta go now my pie is done. But I'll call you after dinner. Okay?"
"Okay, cya gurl."
I take my pie out of the oven and put it on a cooling rack. I look at the clock, 11:00. I need something to do, stupid ADHD. I look around the house and decide to set the table.
I grab the good table cloth and put it on the table. Then grab the plates and crystal to put at every spot. I take the silverware and put it to the side of each plate. It's only 11:30, I have time. I get my phone and look up on youtube to fold napkins fancy. Maybe this will impress Clarisse, I really want her to like me.
Time skip to 2:29
Oh gods, I'm so nervous. Idk why though. I run to get the door. Here we go....

LOL I'm writing a Thanksgiving part on the day winter break starts.
