SNOWY TALES

((Christmas special! MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! Let's not all forget what we're celebrating for in Christmas too. The birthday of Jesus Christ :))) 

((Yes I am a religious person.))

"Merry Christmas!" Y/N exclaimed out loud, oddly enough eh was wearing a pointy red hat with a furry ball hat at the end of the vortex. To say I was surprised was quite an underestimation, he was waiting for me right at the entrance of the door. 

"Oh... It is Christmas." I smiled softly while staring at the lovely Y/N who was pointing to the table. 

"Oh I have a gift for you!" Y/N also exclaimed before rushing towards the Christmas tree. I only left for one day, how could his house be this decorated...? Or perhaps he just had nothing to do, so he decided to just decorate the house.

From the corner of my eye I could see Y/N grab a wrapped box with a ribbon, tied perfectly and endearingly. To say I didn't have a gift for him was stupid, of course I had... He was... all that I have left, the only thing I can treasure now. 

Y/N's eyes wasn't impure, it was joyful, something that I could stare at for days and never get tired of. "Here!" Y/N handed me the medium-sized box. The box made contact with my hands as I made a small smile.

"I have a gift for you too..." I pulled out a small box, placing it gently on his hand while he stared at it for a while. He then made a bright grin, even more brighter than the lights outside of the town... and even more purer than the whiteness of the snow outside.

It was a merry day, of course. Everybody was singing, everybody was laughing... everybody was partying. Yet it was all dull compared to Christmas with him... "... Well then, Merry Christmas, Y/N." I said softly, Y/N stopped whatever he was doing and took a moment to look at me.

He then made that very same small calm smile that he always wore. That calm smile I always felt safe around. "Merry Christmas to you too." 

This will all end soon, it will all end in just a simple century. His lifespan was shorter than mine, so at the very least... at the very least....

"Let me do this..." I stepped forward and cupped his cheeks, before my head leaned forward to his in a swift movement. All I could see was the flash of surprise on Y/N's face as I intertwined my lips with his. 

He had his eyes widened, yet surprisingly he didn't resist. I closed my eyes, enjoying the warmth of his lips. His hands were trembling as Y/N himself also gave up and leaned in on the kiss.

((Keep in mind that this isn't canon to the story at all. This is just an extra chapter per say, Jingliu enjoyed Christmas with Y/N normally.
