TOWN

Y/N persisted me and Blade to come with him towards the town. At first, Blade was eventually a bit skeptical, and was planning to refuse. But with the convincing and deceiving puppy eyes of Y/N, he eventually gave in to his childish demands and agreed with him. 

I in particular, wasted no time in saying yes. Accompanying him is always a relief, and protecting him while we were out is also my duty... Well self-proclaimed, but does that matter? And to abide to my own personal feelings, I also tagged in to... keep other women away from him. 

Being a bit controlling? Huh, others would think of that. I don't give a damn though. 

...

Which brings us to the current predicament that we are in. Walking around with Y/N who was joyously swinging his arms while he walked. 

"Hmm~!" 

He hummed adorably, bringing a small disappearing smile at my lips. Which at the corner of my eyes, I knew Blade saw. He could only sigh, burying his hands on his pocket, walking beside me and Y/N.

Y/N walked in the middle, with me and Blade walking at the side. 

"So. What are we particularly doing here. And why would you bring me along?" 

"It's more fun with Blade around. Plus! I also need a strong person to carry the groceries." 

"You using me as some kind of errand boy!?" 

I could only sigh as Y/N chuckled at Blade's reaction. The older man could only grumbled while he looked away... I could never know what he thinks of know, like a stranger whose face is hidden with not a mask, but a gloomy shadow, looming above him.

However though. I have already made peace with my mistakes, what's next is... Moving forward, this time I won't fail. I'll never lose the only thing that I have right now. 

My eyes lingered towards the walking Y/N in front of me, his baggy clothes, his flowing hair, the way he walked joyously. His innocence. I'll protect him. I'll protect everything about him, even if he's dead and I can never feel his warmth anymore. 

I'll be with him.

Y/N continued walking around the town. Looking around, the town was rich in technology. I never really bothered about the planet Y/N lived in. All I ever visited in this place was Y/N's house that I felt warm in.

"Where are we going exactly?" 

I couldn't help but ask, gazing around while rubbing my chin. I wasn't in my usual attire, as Y/N persisted. "You'd totally look like weird people!" And so, we did change in a few clothes. Though I did wonder how Y/N got female clothes on his closet. The very mention of that made my heart flare up in envy. But I knew better than letting my envy take over m-

"To the store."

Y/N casually replied as he led them to the mall, the town wasn't that big, just simple. Blade only scratched his head, while looking around. 

"This is boring..." 

Blade murmured causing Y/N to simply chuckled, he turned his head around to gaze at Blade who was complaining silently. And he only made a smile.  

"Less complain, more walking!" 

Y/N said out loud, much to the dismay of Blade who was taken by the power of puppy eyes. I could only chuckle, eventually I could find myself gazing back at Blade who was also gazing at me with widened eyes.

I see it must be weird for him to see me smile or even laugh on the matter. He only sighed before gazing back at Y/N. He made an understanding smile, causing me to tilt my head confusingly.
