(Thomas runs out onto stage yelling for Susan)
Thomas: Susan, Susan... honey where are you?
(Susan is already on stage looking out the kitchen window)
(Thomas sees Susan)
Thomas: Ah, there's my wonderful wife
(Thomas runs up to Susan and hugs her)
Susan: Well, someone's in a good mood today
Thomas: Don't tell me you forgot about the most important day of the year
Susan: Didn't we celebrate my birthday already?
Thomas: Ha, ha very funny
(Susan hands Thomas a gift)
Susan: Your so adorable when you get mad...Here I got you this
Thomas: What is it?
Susan: Open it up and you will see
(Thomas opens the gift to see a tie)
Thomas: A tie?
Susan: What, you don't like it
Thomas: I absolutely love it...but my gift is better
Susan: Oh, really?
Thomas: Yeah, I actually planned something truly extravagant for our anniversary
Susan: Really like what?
Thomas: I'm taking you to New York
Susan: Seriously your taking me to New York all I got you was a tie
Thomas: You know me...I'm always full of surprises
Susan: Yeah, you definitely are...but what about our Dog
Thomas: Your sister is on her way right now to take him to your parents for the weekend
Susan: This is all so very sweet but I'm unsure if we should go
Thomas: Why, What's the matter?
Susan: Nothing I love New York it's just...we haven't done anything like this since we got married
Thomas: I know and we should get out more often
Susan: Are you sure that's a good idea
Thomas: We both work to much and our parents
don't get along so it will be good to get away don't you think
Susan: I don't know...
(Thomas starts singing)
