i walked into the dimly lit room. my eyes bounced from the screen in the back to the table with the rose in the middle to sharky, who'd stood up as soon as i'd walked in. he walked over to me engulfing me in a hug. 'damn what perfume is he using bcs i need some of that.'
"you smell amazing by the way" he said to me. 'or maybe not'
"do i actually?" i responded.
"you do"
"you said that to everyone though"
"i did but like i mean it this time"
i pushed my hair out of my face. i'd straightened it the day before so it was way longer and in my face way more.
"i feel like i've seen your face before" he said
"in your dreams i hope" i replied, smiling 'that must've done it he can't think im here for money. or maybe? i dont know.' i thought
"maybe. maybe yeah maybe thats what it is" we both chuckled.
"yeah yeah i mean i was thinking i have actually seen your face but yeah i like that one in my dreams maybe."
"so uh whats your job like what do you do" he asked, seeming genuinely interested.
"er im a model"
"really?"
"yeah"
"it looks like you really earned that job with a face like yours."
we both chuckled. i felt my face growing redder but hoped he didnt realise.
"so do you have any other hobbies or just modeling?"
"nah i do a bit of singing too like yeah i have a page and yeah."
"oh thats nice can you sing for me now?"
