'The summer I turned pretty'

Prologue

My family had been going to Susanna's beach house ever since I was a baby , before I was even born . All year long I count the days till I'm  in that house . The dads come to visit but it's not there place they don't belong to it , not like we do . The mothers and us kids . The summer house is made up of lots of things , the beach , the swimming pool late at night , movie nights with the mums , but the boys and belly most of all . It's the same every summer that's what I've always loved about it

This year  I (Lori aka lorisa) am most excited to see belly as she was in fact in her bloom ,as belly's mum laurel had said to me earlier in spring about belly's new appearance when we were on the phone for our monthly call. But no matter what i saw on FaceTime it wasn't the same as in real life , no matter how many times  i had begged my  mum ( Eloise ) to go visit the Conklin family , my mum had always refused . But that doesn't matter i will see them soon , all of them and oh my god I  just could not wait  until I get to  be with my favourite fisher boys and Steven as well ( Cody has been driving me insane all year ) .

Now we can also not forget my second mums ,laurel and bec I can not describe to you how much I have  missed them .Our movie nights last year nearly topped all the other years but not quite yet but I have to say whenever my mum and the other mums meet they all turn into excited little teenager girls again .

I have always been the closest with Conrad and Steven due to me always wanting to be included in EVERYTHING they did in together when they were younger . But secretly they didn't mind at all I mean ofc they wouldn't . But that's all changed now she rarely speaks to them anymore as they have gotten older or so she thinks but hey everything changes once they get back in cousins they will be good as new .

Well we can definitely say that Lori has changed since last summer , she filled out more , she got contacts , hair died blonde 👱🏼‍♀️and most of all she got a new wardrobe which is ready to be worn this summer . But yes we can definitely say she has changed for the best , a lot more boys have taken interest to her wonder what the boys down in cousin will be saying about this hot new arrival .

Lori and Conrad got on extremely well , well when he is not teasing her or hating her . He has a little crush on the little camber girl much to all the mums pleasure and teasing . Maybe this summer he may act on his little crush he has had on her since they were ten years old . But they do get along like a house in fire , they both know how to cheer each other up when the other is in a mood which I do have to say is . The longest the eldest fisher boy and the youngest 
had not been in speaking terms was 1 week during one of they annual summers in cousins but there little disagreement caused the whole house to split up and that all began because her and Steven went surfing without him , although the dint seem to be angry at Steven and that's what made Lori furious but in the end they did make up with ICE CREAM ofc .

But Jeremiah and Lori also got on extremely well , as much to the elder fisher brothers despite . But one thing about Lori is she had that affect on people as soon as she met them they wanted to be her friend she had that good radiating energy coming of of her which made it hard to despise lorisa camber . The mums always joked about Lori marrying one of the boys but they always laughed it off even tho both fisher boys and the Conklin boy had a thing for her they weren't going to let there friendships go down the drain with the girl she was way to precious for that .

We can't forget Steven as well he is my  little stevie poo even though he was bigger than her and also older than her they were best friends , there had been a couple times when they saw a spark inbetween the twin tho but ofc like everything else Conrad is always there . Just always there which everyone seems to find very amusing but no it's not it really infuriates me like cmon always ruining my chances . But yes I do love Steven he really is the greatest.

OMG best till last my little belly bear I love her so much . She is the sister I never had although we have had our time no matter what we came over them in the same hour . But honestly I can not describe how much I love that girl . I just can't wait to see her again .
