From a few feet away from the restaurant, Jeff was watching over to see Mike, Austin, Liv, and Kathy were getting into the vehicles at the parking lot of Freddy Fazbear Pizzeria until they all drove off. That's when Jeff makes a phone call to signal Max, who was still at Mike's house.
"It's showtime. As soon as he and the others get back, get the guys and meet me here. I think I see a way in." Jeff said, calling Max on the phone.
Later that day, Jeff, Carl, and Hank, who are vandalizers, breaks into the restaurant as the security cameras turn on by themselves while Max was inside the truck for lookout. Jeff and the guys were in the kitchen, looking around to see that the coast was clear.
"All right. Now, be quick but thorough. Maximum damage, minimum time." Jeff said.
On the camera screen that shows the animatronics, Bonnie's eyes were open.
"You see anything valuable, grab it, and we'll, uh, settle up after. Good?" Jeff asked.
"Yeah. Golden." Carl answered.
"Whoo!" Jeff shouted.
"Yeah!" Hank shouted.
"Let's go, boys! Come on!" Jeff shouted.
The three guys split up as the security camera shows that Bonnie was gone. Jeff has a crowbar to smash the arcades, Hank was breaking the pictures on the walls with the baseball bat. Jeff opens up the ATM machine to destroy it as Hank knocks stuff down to the ground. The security camera of the hallway shows Chica's shadow. Then, Jeff has a big bag to put the change money in it after breaking the ATM machine while Hank and Carl breaks everything like the machines, the pictures of the 'Employee of the Month' on the wall, hitting the balls from the ball pit, breaking glass, and knocking down chairs while the security cameras show the shadows of the animatronics in different areas. In the kitchen, Carl knocks down the metal shelf that has the pizza boxes. Just as before Carl continued vandalizing, he heard a thud that was coming from inside the big freezer that knocked a few pizza boxes above it. Carl was startled, and another thud from the freezer was there again. Carl stands still until he slowly goes over to the freezer as the thuds inside continue. Carl opens the freezer, and there is nothing inside until he closes the door. But once Carl opened another door of the freezer, there was the cupcake animatronic inside. Carl was confused until the cupcake opened its eyes. Carl takes out his flashlight to turn it on as there was a thud from behind him, Carl turns around to see the pans that were hanging above shook, but when he turns back to the freezer, the Cupcake was gone. Carl closes the freezer door and turns around to see Chica with the cupcake. Carl got so scared as the Cupcake scrunched its eyes, looking at Carl as he dropped the flashlight. The eyes of Chica and the Cupcake were turning orange until the Cupcake attacks Carl with its mouth. Hank broke the glass of the prize shelf with a chair until he heard Carl's muffled screaming. Hank looked over through the window gates of the kitchen to see Carl's face eaten by the Cupcake while on the ground. While Hank was watching, he turned to see Chica that she turned her head to see him, making Hank scared as Chica scrunched her eyes. Meanwhile, Jeff entered the security room, and was about the vandalism there with the crowbar, but he looked to the monitors of the security cameras until Hank's screaming was heard as Hank was running away from the dining room down to the hallway as Jeff was watching him, confused.
"Hank? What the hell are you doing?" Jeff asked.
Hank went down the hallway, looking around to make sure he was safe and entered the janitor's closet. Meanwhile, Max was still inside the truck from the outside of the restaurant for the lookout, checking her watch to check the time. Once Hank was in the janitor's closet, he was panting from the running.
"Hank? Hank!" Jeff's voice shouted.
"Jeff?" Hank asked, hearing Jeff's voice.
Hank touches the doorknob and tries to open the door, but the door is locked.
"Jeff!" Hank shouted.
Hank was locked inside of the closet. Hank looked around to try to find the light from the ceiling to turn it on.
"Come on, you stupid..." Hank said.
Hank reaches for the light, and then Bonnie shows up behind him inside the closet. Jeff was walking down the hallway to try to find Hank.
"Hank?" Jeff asked.
"Come on. Come on." Hank said.
Hank finally got the light on as Bonnie's eyes were glowing red. Hank turns around to see Bonnie with the menacing look, and Hank screams in fear. Jeff saw Bonnie's shadow on the glass of the janitor's closet as Hank was brutally attacked by Bonnie while screaming, Hank's bloody hand hits the glass of the door and smears it down until he was dead. Jeff was frozen as the ceiling light above him was flickering, and the door opened by itself that he saw the blood spot on the glass.
"Hank?" Jeff asked.
Bonnie appears out of the close and turns over to see Jeff with glowing red eyes. Jeff got so scared that he drops his crowbar to the ground and turns around to run away as the coins from the ATM machine were falling out of the big bag that Jeff was carrying until he runs into the security room to hide. Jeff picks up the phone, but there is a loud static noise with the sounds of laughter of children on the other end until Jeff drops the phone to stop it. Jeff looks through the surveillance cameras to see every room cleared except the camera that shows Bonnie, Chica, and the Cupcake were in the hallway. Chica leaned down to let the Cupcake go through the vent while Bonnie was right next to her, and they both turned to look to the camera lens to know that Jeff was watching them.
"Shit." Jeff said.
Jeff heard the rumbling noise from the vent and looked around until he spotted the other end of the vent. Jeff looked down to see the cupcake appear and viciously tried to break the metal screen of the vent while Jeff was blocked it to prevent it from getting out.
"No! No! No!" Jeff shouted.
The Cupcake keeps trying to break out of the vent with its teeth as Jeff was still blocking it until it was over. Jeff turns to the see inside the vent that the Cupcake is gone. Suddenly, the door opened by itself, but nobody was there. Jeff gets up and looks down the hallway that there is still nothing as he slowly gets out of the room. The door to the security room closes and locks by itself, Jeff tries to open it but no use. Jeff got so scared to hear a creepy humming noise, so he got over to the exit door that it was locked as metal footsteps were heard. Jeff turned to see that Foxy was at the other end of the hallway as the light was flickering and the humming stops. Suddenly, Foxy made a jumpscare attack by charging as Jeff as Jeff was screaming in fear. Max got out of the truck and went inside the restaurant, looking around to find the guys.
"Jeff? Carl?" Max asked.
Max went over to the kitchen to see nothing but a huge mess from the vandalizing. The gate door opens by itself, gets Max's attention, and there is a laughter sound from a child, Max sees see a little boy with a yellow and white stiped shirt next to the door.
"Hey." Max said.
"Follow me." The Little Boy said, running into the gate door.
"Hey! Hey, wait!" Max shouted, running after the little boy.
"Come on." The Little Boy said while running down the hallway.
"Hello?" Max asked.
Max was at the hallway to find the little boy until she saw him to the two big doors from the other end of the hall.
"This way." The Little Boy said, closing the door.
Max walked slowly to the two big doors as she got scared. Max opens the door and goes inside the room of Parts & Service, looking at the animatronic parts.
"Warmer." The Little Boy said.
Max turned to see Freddy Fazbear, that the sound of the little boy's voice was heard coming from inside Freddy's suit.
"How in the heck?" Max asked.
Max slowly walks to Freddy Fazbear.
"Warmer." The Little Boy's voice said, inside Freddy's suit.
Max gets a chair to use it to stand on it, she looked closer to Freddy's mouth, scared and confused, as Max's head was near Freddy's teeth until a child arm pops out of Freddy's mouth, grabbing Max as Max screams in fear, Freddy' lower jaw killed Max by eating half of her body and her legs fell down to the ground.
