This takes place after Mo Dam first met Ji Woon.
I love him but if he was my little brother I would have hit him across the head.😀 I haven't seen ep 12 yet but I hope at some point he wil sincerly apologize to Ji woon cause he was being childish and rude.

Mo Eun's phone rings, and she sees that it's her brother, Mo Dam, calling. It feels like it has been ages since they last spoke. Mo Eun and Mo Dam have always been close, and even when he was on his military break, he would come all the way to Seoul just to spend time with her instead of hanging out with his friends.
However, their relationship became strained after the day Mo Dam met Ji Woon and acted strangely. Mo Eun had hoped that her little brother would accept her boyfriend, but his behavior really hurt her. Despite her hesitation, she answers the phone. "Hi," she says with a straight tone. "N-Noona," he says awkwardly. "Long time no see," he adds. "What do you want? I'm busy," she responds, her annoyance evident in her voice. "Are you home?" he asks. Wanting to clear the air between them, she reluctantly says yes, and he arrives at her doorstep shortly after.
They sit face to face at her kitchen table. "I'm sorry," he begins. "I'm sorry that I acted that way towards your boyfriend." Mo Eun can see the sincerity in his eyes. She sighs and says, "Mo Dam-ah, I just don't understand. I thought you would be happy for me." "I am happy for you, Noona. It's just that I didn't expect him to be..." he trails off. "Be deaf," she finishes his sentence. "Him being deaf is not all that defines him. He is just a regular person, like you and me." She reaches out to hold his hand. "Mo Dam-ah, he really makes me happy." Mo Dam can see the love she has for Ji Woon in her eyes. "I can see that," he says with a fond smile. "If you're happy, then I'm happy too." They both smile at each other, feeling a sense of reconciliation.
Curiously, Mo Dam asks Mo Eun, "What is 'I'm sorry' in sign language?" She shows him using her hands.
"And brother-in-law?" he teases. She playfully slaps his hand and says, "Don't exaggerate."
