The Games In The Dark

1:Falling into problems!

I stood outside my class and heard the teacher from the other side of the door say "You can come in now"
I slid open the door in my midnight blue skirt ,a white shirt and blazer on top with my hairs let down

I walked across the room to the center as i could feel the spotlight,took a deep breath and began "Im Ivy,looking forward to knowing y'all" which i did not mean at all!
The teacher told me to go and sit beside a crimson haired guy so named Blake.He looked friendly so i went and sat beside him and hung my bag at the side hook of my desk as i surveyed the classroom which had around 35 students.

The class had two large windows in blocks on either side which i hated cauz, i was on the side from which i could see the Greenery but the other side!!!
A teacher walked by our class as she peeked into it by the corner of her eyes ,we could see her and she could see us!!!!!!
Thank goddd i was sitting close to the other window from which shafts of sunlight peeked in and presented themselves on my desk "i won't ever sit on the other side" i muttered
"Welcome to our school!" said the guy beside me which startled me.I turned to him,he smiled,i returned it and said "Thanks"

Blake Engaged me in all kinds of conversations and asked me a whole lot of questions which i tried to ignore,but i thought it wouldn't be so kind of me if i did, so i muttered back answers
During the convo i found out that he was a flame user "cool!!" i expressed
"Wanna see a trick?" he asked excited
"Course!" i said excited too
He waited for the teacher to turn towards the board and flicked his fingers and burnt the hair-tie of a girl in a ponytail three rows infront of us ,she looked around in confusion as her hairs fell on her face,all messed up ,we chuckled.

He went away during lunch break,and so did i
On my way to the Cafeteria which i didn't know where it was,i found a couple of girls ganging up on a girl with teal blue hairs,they were just throwing insults at her
She slid down the wall,they had her cornered
I walked towards them and said
"Sorry to interrupt,but I'll have to borrow her"
"Piss off B***h" one of the girls spat out.
I side eyed her,glanced at the girl on the floor and lent her my hand which was grabbed by another girl who said "Get lost unless you want to join your friend"
I looked at my hand then glared at her and said "The one who'll be joining her will be you" as i snatched my hand away from her grip,pulled the girl on the floor to her feet and walked away with her as i could feel their glares on the back of my head.
"First day and already in a mess" i thought as we scrambled off their sight and said as we were turning another corner "Phew!! That was scary" letting out a sigh of relief
"Thank you" the girl beside me said
"No probs" I said "Oh,Im Ivy" i said offering my hand for a shake
"Renee" she said shaking my hand

"Do you know where the cafeteria is?" I asked as we started walking to no Particular place
"you're going to the cafeteria?"
"No" i said sarcastically
"Then why did yo-"
"just kidding i am goin' there"
"Then you're lost?"
"Yep"
"And you're new?"
"Exactly!!"
"It's in the complete opposite building"
"What??" I half screamed and paused in shock "Ughh, So much walking to dooo" i groaned as we turned and started walking

We entered the cafeteria,took the plates ,filled them with food and sat on an empty table and started gobbling up our food
There were Cold-noodles, muffin, rice, juice, salad and other things

The two girls from before came and sat beside us with other two girls.
I and Renee looked at each other.I saw terror in her eyes
I took a bite of my muffin but then the girl beside me said "Looks good doesn't it?" and poured her orange juice in my plate and said "Eat now" and her minions snickered.

I could feel Renee sink in her chair.

I continued to eat my muffin giving them no reaction or response so they ,to be specific the girl beside me named Gianna
slipped her hand close to my plate
and jerked her hand upwards making the gross mixture of rice and juice fall on my uniform
"Oops! Sorry i didn't mean to " she said over-acting.
I sat there flabberghasted but still and cold. My chair creaked behind me as i stood up grabbed my juice and ripped it open ,took it near Gianna and flipped it over emptying the bottel on her head ,then i threw the bottle away and said leaning forward "Oops" and walked away

Renee followed me and i had to hear her yap about the "incident" and how cool i looked

I was leaning against the wall and i was ocaisnally asking her question until i found myself spacing out
"Ivy?" Renee said
I snapped back to reality and a guy poked his literal head out of a WALL!!!!! and said "You were brave out there ducklin' "
Which made me back off from the wall in terror and almost swear outloud
"Ducklin'?" i asked raising a brow
"Dont look so terrified,It's just my ability!"
"What?? Scaring the life outta random people??"
"No, Intangibility"
"Walk through walls?"
"Yeah"
"Handy"
"Yep,especially while bunking detention hours!"
"I get detention for bunking class ,you get to bunk detention hours" i said kinda Jealous of his ability
