Chapter-3: There is a time limit!

Ok, Ice focus you can do this. I picked myself up and ran towards the robot, It moved away just as I thought I was gonna face plant on the wall, my legs got a mind of their own and I walked on the wall a few steps THE WALL as I jumped off the wall I was walking UPSIDE DOWN ON MIDAIR. As normal I ended up losing my balance and fell ~womp~womp~

When I looked up scratching my head, the robot was turned off "OMG DID I TURN IT OFF WHILE FALLING LIKE THOSE MAIN CHARACTERS IN MOVIES" as excitement flashed in my eye which was short-lived as I realized "THERE IS A TIME LIMIT" I scream looking at the Manuel "guess I'm stuck in this house forever, I might as well complete my assignment" I took out my dads laptop and started typing away but I couldn't shake the thought, I have missed an awesome opportunity but it was kinda like choosing between the devil and the deep blue sea.

As I Lay back trying to relax I got a notification on the laptop

I didn't even send them the video I recorded HOW!! I think the robot had cameras in it, BUT WHOS COMPLAINING? anyway the site said the flight would be sent on December 1st now I just need to convince my parents

As the door creaked open my parents slowly walked in "Did you make dinner?" was the first question my mom asked, I nodded and pointed to the table they slowly sat at the table "I need to tell you guys something" I say "we don't have time for your bullshit ice" my mom said angrily as she served herself a big spoon of rice

woman, without me you wouldn't be eating that Rice right now Of course, I didn't say that I kept calm as one should "I got accepted into Margose High School" I knew Margose was the most prestigious high school in the country, and seeing them freeze and to look at me "WHAT?" my mom screamed jumping from the table so forcefully her chair falls to the ground. I showed her a fake acceptance email I got from the internet I'm a smartass I know and don't worry I edited it.

But instead of a hug or congratulations I got this "Thank goodness you're finally leaving" and she sat back and continued eating, god

December 1st

I can say the hardest part was leaving Alex. Both Alex and his family and my parents were standing in front of my house as I was leaving Alex came up to me and handed me a brand-new PHONE my god I have the most amazing best friend, my parents were shocked but they were only interested in rubbing that I got into a good high school in their face "aren't you gonna give something to her" his mom asked my moms expression turned into confusion but she still managed to put an awkward smile "oh yeah yeah" my mom giggled as she unwillingly handed me some cash I know she was just trying to not seem bad in front of them but hey free cash "Thanks mom" I said as I get into my cab and drive off.

Everyone thinks I'm going to the airport but I gotta do something before that...
