Tina Belcher woke up especially happy, how could she not? It was the last day at Wagstaff! Of course she'll still miss the shenanigans her friends, her siblings and her got into. As she slipped out of bed she got a sense of longing because she was gonna miss it, luckily for her, she and her friends are going to Huxley. Right?
Tina looked at the clothes she set out the night before it was a cream shirt that she had stolen from her dad and some baggy jeans that looked nice enough.

She walked over to the bathroom and let out a sigh as she was washing her face and just getting ready for the day. As she walked out, she stopped in her tracks and watched her younger siblings zoom into the kitchen yelling about their newest bet, with that, she also heard her dad groan and her mom scolding them to calm down.

"You two, you needa stop with these bets!" She scolded, "even if they are fun.." she mumbled which made Tina smile.

"Lin.." Her dad spoke in a tired yet amused voice.

"Whaat?? Oh my goodness! My Teeny Tina looks all grown up with her shirt and her pants!! Ugh I'm gonna cry!" Her mom exclaimed as she started waving her face

Gene looked at her with a smug face "So Tina my dearest and most favorite sister" glaring at Louise, "who do you think will have the better summer? Me or Louise?"

Louise shot daggers at her brother "Me, duh!! I'm gonna have so much fun I won't have to deal with boring stuff with whatever you new seventh graders worry about." Louise said dismissively

"Well.." Tina said with embarrassment but tried her hardest to sound super supportive and mature. "I.. bett... you both will?"

Gene and Louise looked extremely unamused as they stared at her. Luckily for her, that's when her dad finished with breakfast. Bacon and eggs! As her siblings goofed around and bickered while devouring their breakfast which delighted Tina seeing her siblings happy; however, she had a bad feeling that this day wasn't going to go smoothly, when does it ever go smooth sailing for them? Never! But this.. felt.. different? Pushing that feeling down, smiling and eating her breakfast.

After walking to school the feeling let up but only for a brief moment then when she saw her friends for some reason that made her stomach drop. Trying to shake the feeling, she greeted her friends and started walking to their home room class

"Omg Tina! Are you gonna come to my house to live it up?!" Tammy exclaimed while pumping her arms in the air with excitement

"Uhm.. sure!" Tina said confused but tried to mask it with confidence it seemed to work because the girl smiled wildly and giggled then, turned and started talking to her best friend about how glad she was to leave Wagstaff. Tina wasn't really paying attention though because 1. She was listening to Jimmy Jr talk about some dance move he learnt, and 2. Zeke looked distracted and dazed, not really caring because he wasn't stealing any attention from Tina but she felt concerned because even if she thought he was annoying he was still nice, just.. rowdy.

"Zeekkeee? You therrree?" Joselyn said with a hint of concern lining her voice but she could tell that the curly blonde was being genuine. Luckily for them that simple question pulled Zeke halfway back to earth. Now with everyone looking at him his face started to look like a tomato.

"Oh, uhm, yea.. yea I'm ere'" he said looking at his feet then back at the group.

"Ok man, if you need anything we're here! And plus we have all summer to hangout so you don't need to worry!" Jimmy Jr said looking forward and beaming. Tina was fantasizing about him maybe becoming her boyfriend this summer but, that was quickly crushed when she glanced at Zeke and she watched as his face flushed and he looked defeated at the ground. She thought his demeanor made him look like a puppy who just got in trouble for pooping on the ground. Fitting! She thought to herself half smiling. But she also was worried for him, she's seen him sad and mad before just not like this. The pit in her stomach sunk deeper as she tried to swallow it down.
